Abstract:
Online reviews are becoming more and more vital when it comes to decision making of the consumer. Every business wants to succeed in the present and the upcoming future, thus good online reviews help the business grow. Especially in a restaurant business, its rating holds an important indicator to whether the restaurant is any good or not. It not only helps us understand the quality and services but also attracts more customers. Ordinarily a new restaurant owner would have to invest time in building a menu, setting the correct price range and making something unique to scope out their competition as well as improve their ratings on online services such as Zomato. Thus, this paper attempts to ease the efforts of new restaurant owners by predicting the success rate of a restaurant on the Zomato app.

Abstract:
Introduction: Natural Language Processing is one part of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to make an understanding of the interactions between computers and human (natural) languages. Sentiment analysis is one part of Natural Language Processing, that often used to analyze words based on the patterns of people in writing to find positive, negative, or neutral sentiments. Sentiment analysis is useful for knowing how users like something or not. Zomato is an application for rating restaurants. The rating has a review of the restaurant which can be used for sentiment analysis. Based on this, writers want to discuss the sentiment of the review to be predicted. Method: The method used for preprocessing the review is to make all words lowercase, tokenization, remove numbers and punctuation, stop words, and lemmatization. Then after that, we create word to vector with the term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF). The data that we process are 150,000 reviews. After that make positive with reviews that have a rating of 3 and above, negative with reviews that have a rating of 3 and below, and neutral who have a rating of 3. The author uses Split Test, 80% Data Training and 20% Data Testing. The metrics used to determine random forest classifiers are precision, recall, and accuracy. The accuracy of this research is 92%. Result: The precision of positive, negative, and neutral sentiment is 92%, 93%, 96%. The recall of positive, negative, and neutral sentiment are 99%, 89%, 73%. Average precision and recall are 93% and 87%. The 10 words that affect the results are: “bad”, “good”, “average”, “best”, “place”, “love”, “order”, “food”, “try”, and “nice”.

Abstract:
The growth in technology coupled with low-cost mobile data plans attracts many people to access the Internet, which has resulted in a spike in Online to Offline (O2O) business in India including Online Food Delivery (OFD) platforms. In the present global COVID-19 pandemic, the OFD service providers played a vital role in delivering the food to consumers and enabling the restaurants to keep operating by minimising their losses. With the increase in demand for fast and online foods, many businesses are entering into tier 3 cities in India. This study was conducted in a tier 3 city in the month of February-March 2020 to assess the consumer attitude and perception towards an OFD application, Zomato. The results indicate that the frequency of using an app, monthly expenditure of the respondent and the first five order benefits that the Zomato offers to the customers shows highly significant to the orders they place. However, most of the respondents reported digital trustworthiness, higher service charges, followed by higher prices as the challenges while ordering food. Home-cooked food with 24×7 availability were the expectations of the consumers. As the demand for online food orders increases, there is a huge scope to improve the business, if the company switches to adopt user-friendly services and provide excellent quality products at a reasonable price. Government need to ensure safety in online transactions in order to attract more people to use electronic medium for transaction. The outcome of the study would help the policy makers and OFD players to better understand the insights of consumers towards OFD system especially in a tier III cities and may take new initiative for the improvement of OFD business sector.

Abstract:
The need of a location-based service more specifically as a mobile application sparked the interest of this paper to develop an Android Mobile Application using Location-based services. Yelp and Zomato are one of the few examples. The application created is specific to locating the nearest auto repair shops used via smartphones that detect the location of the user in order to perform the task. This application will not only benefit the customers in need for a nearby auto shop but as well as the providers of the service. The application was developed using Android Studio and was tested by using five (5) nearest auto shops around the vicinity. The results showed the directions getting to the shops as well as the type of services being provided to customers. An acceptability survey was conducted to validate the applicability of the mobile application. The survey was conducted using a controlled group consisting of the nearest auto shops and thirty (30) automobile enthusiasts. The survey presents an applicable and engaging application in assisting possible customers in case of emergency instances arise. Using the survey as basis, an enhancement of the application was completed. Finally, it was suggested that the application will reach its full potential once additional functions are implemented. Registration or Google verification of shop owners is key as it will add to the service provider directory to enable a broad listing.

Abstract:
Intravenous zoledronic acid (ZOL) is an integral component for the management of patients with bone metastases, but can be associated with transient flu-like symptoms, which generally occur only with the first infusion and are typically manageable with non-prescription analgesics. A 50-year-old woman with a bone metastasis secondary to breast cancer received radiation therapy, brand-name ZOL (Zometa®), and letrozole. During the first 3 cycles of Zometa (4 mg every 3–4 weeks), no acute adverse events were reported. For the next 2 cycles she was switched to generic ZOL and experienced severe toxicity (nausea, vomiting, extreme weakness, and incapacitating bone pain) that required hospitalization. Toxicity differences between generic ZOL and Zometa led the patient to pay additional costs for Zometa, and subsequent Zometa infusions were without incident. This is the first case report documenting a clinically significant difference between the safety profiles of a generic formulation of ZOL and brand-name Zometa.

Abstract:
81 Background: Bisphosphonates, including zoledronic acid (Zometa), decrease skeletal-related events in breast cancer patients with bone metastasis but are also associated with side effects and utilization costs. Data from a randomized trial supporting 12-week versus 4-week dosing of Zometa was released in July 2016 and officially published in January 2017. We examined the practice pattern of Zometa dosing over time in our practice to determine compliance and develop interventions for improvement. Methods: We conducted a retrospective chart review on all breast cancer patients treated at Parkland Health and Hospital System oncology clinic to identify patients who were initiated on Zometa for bone metastasis between June 2015 and September 2019. The initially prescribed dosing frequencies were assessed for time periods before and after the Zometa dosing data was made available. The prescribing patterns were also compared between teaching and non-teaching clinics. An educational review of the guidelines was presented to providers in all clinics in March 2020 to improve compliance. Results: In the year prior to July 2016, of the 27 patients who started Zometa, only 1 (4%) was on every 12-week dosing. In the six months after release of the data, 29% (6/21 patients) were placed on 12-week Zometa dosing. Between January 2019 and September 2019, 52% of patients were started on the recommended 12-week dosing interval. These patterns were consistent between teaching and non-teaching clinics. Conclusions: We found that the variability in Zometa prescribing patterns persisted despite updated national guidelines and multiple studies supporting 12-week dosing intervals. In addition to educational interventions, we plan to implement electronic interventions to improve rates of compliance with the goal of 80% adherence by September 2020. Improved adherence will likely lead to a reduction in potential complications from treatment as well as infusion costs (estimated $482.81 saved per patient annually).

Abstract:
Background: Treatment with growth hormone (GH) is standard clinical practice in children with GH deficiency (GHD) or Turner syndrome (TS). Hitherto, no long-term data on auxological outcome and safety of Zomacton® have been published. Data comparing needle-free administration (NF) and needle injection (NI) of GH are very sparse. Aims: To analyse longitudinal auxological outcome and safety data of GH treatment-naïve patients diagnosed with GHD or TS and to compare NF and NI in a real-life setting. Methods: Pooled auxological data and safety information from three consecutive prospective observational Zomacton® studies covering 22 years of treatment were analysed and NF was compared to NI. Results: The safety cohort comprised 1,595 patients who received at least one GH dose. The auxological outcome cohort comprised 856 treatment-naïve patients with follow-up data ≥12 months. Height-SDS and height velocity improved significantly during the first 3 years of treatment. Documented choice of device was available for 658 patients (NF 69.1%, NI 30.9%). NF administration was non-inferior to NI. No previously unknown safety signals occurred. Conclusion: Real-life data show that treatment with Zomacton® improves auxological outcome parameters without new safety concerns. NF administration of GH represents a useful alternative to NI in children with growth disorders.

Abstract:
The Philippine phasmid fauna is highly biodiverse (Hennemann & Conle 2007), but several taxonomic groups are as yet little understood. An obvious example is the superfamily Aschiphasmatoidea Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1893. Philippine representatives of this ancestral clade (Zompro 2004) fall into the Southeast-Asian subfamilies Aschiphasmatinae (Aschiphasmatidae), and Korinninae (Prisopodidae). Altogether, only nine species have been recorded from the archipelago, although some species cited by Redtenbacher (1906) and Bruner (1915) appear to be erroneous records. Zompro (2004: 90) indicates that Philippine reports of Orthomeria (Orthomeria) pandora (Westwood, 1859) and O. (O.) forstenii (de Haan, 1842) have been based on misidentifications. Additionally, Aschiphasma annulipes Westwood, 1834 is here excluded from the Philippine fauna; definite distribution records of this species include Indonesia (Kalimantan, Java and Sumatra), Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and north India.

Abstract:
5161 Background: The primary objective of this study is to examine the pharmacodynamic effects of two different regimens of zoledronic acid, Orazol 20 mg tablets versus Zometa 4mg IV infusion once-monthly therapy on biomarkers in male bisphosphonate-naïve hormone-refractory prostate cancer patients. Methods: The study is an open-label, multi-center phase II clinical trial to compare oral Orazol 20 mg tablets weekly, to infusions of intravenous Zometa 4mg monthly, in males with hormone-refractory prostate cancer, bone metastases, and no prior bisphosphonate treatment. Patients were assigned into one of three cohorts. The three treatments administered were IV Zometa, 4 mg, 15 minute infusion, Day 0 and Day 28; Orazol po, 20 mg, Days 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, and 49; and Orazol po, 20 mg, Days 0, 1, 2, 3, 28, 35, 42, and 49. The study population consisted of men with hormone refractory prostate cancer as evidenced by history of rising PSA levels (last 2 of 3 PSA levels must be above nadir), who are bisphosphonate-naive, and have radiographically-confirmed bone metastases. Efficacy assessments: The primary endpoints are the assessment of response of four biomarkers, urinary NTX, serum CTX, serum bone specific alkaline phosphatase, and serum calcium on days -7, 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, and 56. Secondary endpoints are assessments of performance and pain scores based on ECOG performance status, BPI, and analgesic use. Safety assessments include physical examinations, vital signs and body weight, hematology panel, urinalysis, and blood chemistry panel. Results: The results demonstrated a rapid decrease for all four biomarkers. This decrease was seen at seven days, and was sustained throughout the study. There were no statistically significant differences between any of the treatments in the primary and secondary endpoints. Conclusions: From the results of MER-101–03, Orazol weekly therapy appears to be as effective as Zometa, based on the biomarkers analyzed. Orazol offers a substantial improvement in therapy over IV infusion for patients, with efficacy that is at least comparable based on the results obtained here. No significant financial relationships to disclose.

Abstract:
Background and Objective: Many clinicians will not treat patients presenting with bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw following long-term use of bisphosphonates because of the lack of predictable outcomes. Materical and Methods: The patient presented with pain from a nonhealing lesion in the posterior maxilla following extraction of the maxillary right third molar. The lesion had not responded to any conventional dental treatment. The patient had suffered from breast cancer, and her treatment included several years of therapy with Zometa (zoledronic acid), a bisphosphonate. Results: The patient stopped taking Zometa and commenced rinsing with phosphate buffer–stabilized 0.1% chlorine dioxide–containing mouthwash. After 5 months, changes in the morphology of the lesion were noted and the soft tissue had closed over the open wound. Conclusion: Cessation of bisphosphonate therapy and usage of a phosphate buffer–stabilized 0.1% chlorine dioxide–containing mouthwash lessened the patient’s pain and resulted in closure of the soft tissue lesion.

Abstract:
Abstract Osteonecrosis of the jaws was evaluated in 812 myeloma patients responding to a web-based survey. Data items collected included age, sex, diagnosis, type and duration of bisphosphonate treatment, dental problems such as pain, bone spurs, tooth decay, poor healing, infection, gum disease, and other details, as well as treatment for dental problems. Information about other treatments was also recorded, including melphalan, cytoxan, thalidomide, bortozemib (VELCADE®), VAD, dexamethasone, prednisone, methylprednisone, erythropoietin, interferon, as well as high dose aklylating agents, as part of autologous and/or allogeneic or syngeneic transplants. Details of radiation therapy were gathered, with special reference to head and neck irradiation. There was the option to provide text details, which added helpful information. Of the 812 myeloma patients, 46 (5.7%) indicated a diagnosis of osteonecrosis of the jaws and an additional 46 patients had findings suspicious for early osteonecrosis, giving a total of 92 patients or 11.4% of respondents affected. The true occurrence rate of osteonecrosis in the U.S. myeloma population is currently unknown. A minimal estimate is 0.5 – 1% based upon the current plus accumulated reported cases thus far. The focus of these analyses is not the percentage, but the comparison of affected with unaffected patients. The strongest correlation was with use of Aredia and/or Zometa in both univariate and multivariate analyses (p < .0001). The only other therapy with a significant correlation was prednisone as part of melphalan/prednisone or alone, but not other steroid use. In an analysis of time dependency, only Aredia and/or Zometa use showed a significant correlation. The time dependence was assessed from 3 months to 36 months. The results are shown in Table 1. The odds ratio is > 1 at 3 months. The P-value becomes significant at 12 months; more so at 24 and 36 months. For these and other correlations, there was an identical trend with osteonecrosis and/or suspicious findings. Additional analysis assessed the interaction between steroid use, prednisone in particular, and increased risk combined with Aredia and/or Zometa. There was no indication of interaction. Both Aredia and/or Zometa and prednisone use were separate factors in the multivariate analyses. The full clinical details and the impact of dental treatment and preventative measures are being further evaluated. Preliminary analysis indicates increase risk in patients undergoing tooth extraction, root canal and other surgical procedures, as well as a decreased occurence in patients with recent dental prophylaxis, but these issues require further analysis and investigation. Conclusions: The new entity of osteonecrosis of the jaws in myeloma patients is most strongly associated with use of Aredia and/or Zometa. This risk is time-dependent and becomes significant at 12 months, increasing thereafter to 36 months. Prednisone is an additional and separate risk factor that is not time-dependent. Risk appears to be increased by major dental procedures and poor dental hygiene. These analyses can help form the basis for new recommendations for bisphosphonate use, as well as dental treatment and prevention strategies. Table 1 ≥ 3 months ≥ 6 months ≥ 9 months ≥ 12 months ≥ 24 months ≥ 36 months Odds Ratio 1.33 1.40 1.97 2.20 2.44 2.56 P-Value 0.46 0.32 0.06 0.03 0.004 0.004
