Abstract:
Příspěvek informuje o výzkumu realizovaném v letech 2012–2017, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjistit posun ve využívání badatelsky orientované výuky (BOV) a nahlížení na ni učiteli s časovým odstupem pěti let. K tomuto účelu byl použit online dotazník, rozeslaný učitelům biologie na všechna gymnázia v České republice. Byl zjištěn statisticky signifikantní posun ve znalosti podstaty termínu BOV a míře jejího využívání učiteli. Ukazuje se však, že naši učitelé mají ne zcela jasný pohled na bádání a ne vždy správně termín BOV chápou. Dle učitelů BOV přispívá především ke zvýšení vnitřní motivace žáků k učení a rozvoji jejich dovedností. Hlavní nedostatky BOV vidí učitelé v její velké časové náročnosti, dále pak v kladení vysokých nároků na učitele z hlediska jeho odborně biologické a didaktické připravenosti nebo v nedostatku metodických materiálů a obtížném hodnocení výkonu žáků. Vysoké nároky na učitele a malé množství existujících materiálů jsou přitom uváděné jako nedostatek čím dál méně často, zatímco časová náročnost a jiné důvody nevyužívání BOV učiteli se objevují signifikantně více.

Abstract:
Surgical site infections are relatively common complications observed in patients during postoperative period. SSIs worsen the outcomes of the surgery, impair patient’s quality of life, increase morbidity and mortality after the surgery, the treatment become longer and more expensive. SSIs form around 18% of healthcare-associated infections. In developed countries the incidence of SSI varies from 2 to 15%. Intrinsic and extrinsic factors affect the incidence of SSI. CDC classification from 1992 differentiate 3 types of SSI: superficial, deep and organ/space infections. Controversial results of already published studies focused on the postoperative management of surgical wounds did not provide a space for strong clinical evidence-based guidelines. Early diagnostics of wound-healing complications related to high-risk patients provides for individualized surgery and postoperative management of the incision.ením pacientů se zvýšeným rizikem vzniku poruch hojení je možné individualizovat samotný operační výkon i pooperační management místa incize.

Abstract:
Turbogenerator unit 100B TGU, produced in the First Brno Engineering Velká Bíteš a.s., works in Brayton indirect circulation. The aim of this work is the proposal to increase performance levels of technological unit in which the micro-turbine is applied. The work presents various ways to increase performance and efficiency of circulation. The possible options are compared with each of the technological and economic terms. Based on these criteria was selected variant feeding additional water into the circulation. For this design was the work of a mathematical model based on, which was established as the economic balance of the selected variants. The thesis also proposes a technological scheme, which is already incorporated the selected variant and an outline of the verification tests.

The Diploma thesis on the topic of Increased performance turbomachinery in EDU the NPR changing describes in detail some important devices of technology system of the secondary circuit of Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant together with their task in the thermal circulation. There is a computational model of secondary circuit according to the present thermal schema created in the main part of the thesis. At the end of the thesis, the possibilities of the increase of the terminal power of turbomachinery, specifically of the turbogenerator, by the exhange of low-pressure heaters (NPR) are stated. Obtained results are documented by drawings of the thermal schemes.

The master’s thesis is focused on flow analysis work filling in turbocharged CNG engine. The research method is reverse engineering. The intake canal is casted and than scanned by 3D Scanner ATOS. The CAD model is created in program Creo Parametric 2.0. In the created interactive model is simulated flow in the CFD program Star CCM +. The air intake system is modified for increasing the charging efficiency of the engine.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with management motivation and increase work performance. The main work is to evaluate the style of motivation in the company, in case of occurrence of deficiencies, it is necessary to propose new solutions of motivational tools. The first theoretical part includes basic concepts of management, along with motivational theories and management staff, where you can get acquainted with all terms of people management. The theoretical part is compiled from secondary sources on the basis of specialist literature. The practical part follows the first theoretical part, which includes the performance of the company. The selected firm did not want to be published, so the work will not appear its name. The practical part is determined by the situation of motivation of human resources in the company (such as employee training, compensation and benefits). To determine the situation were I used information available from internal and external sources. Subsequent analysis was determined by questionnaires focused on employee satisfaction with provided benefits to which they prefer. If the benefits provided to employees are not satisfactory, then we need to build a new incentive program. Further research method was used in the form of a guided interview, which served to supplement primary data obtained by questionnaire. Guided interview questions were compiled according to the areas involved in the management of employees, particularly in the area of evaluation and remuneration and share information. Finally, the thesis was the finding of research findings. The obtained data was compiled, organized and evaluated. Based on the findings of the situation in the company were recommended new opportunities for incentive programs, due to which the company could achieve better results.

Abstract:
The goal of the diploma thesis was an analysis of an influence of team-building activities on motivation, performance and loyalty of employees in the Národní Pokladnice s.r.o.. The answers on the previous questions was found out by questionnaires among the employees of the company. The answers on the previous questions were found out via questionnaires among the employees of Národní Pokladnice s.r.o. company. The fact that the employees are more loyal due to team-building activities I can confirm on the grounds of the questionnaires as well as the team-building can have an impact on work performance derivatively thanks to pleasant working conditions, nice group of people and good relationships. The work relationships and motivation are topics full of contradictions in theory as well as in practise. In spite of that, the respondents tend to an opinion that the relationships are motives for them. A partial goal was to suggest a better way of organization of the event in the future or to decide whether to hold the event at all. The employees evaluate last events very positively and they are looking forward to the next one. I recommend to keep the general thought of the event but to diversify particular activities more in accordance with a difficulty.

This thesis deals with two-stroke engine design modifications to enhance its performance parameters. The introduction summarizes the various solutions of two-stroke engines. The next part deals with design modifications of the engine power, their implementation and subsequent modification. The work includes strain and stress analysis of the piston, which includes a complete indication of pressures in two-stroke engine. The achieved results of FEM analysis were used to design better piston geometry.

This mastes´s thesis deals with higher usage of boiler K5 in CHP plant ŽĎAS, a.s. in temporary season, when due to reduced consumption is overheating hot water return branch and there is need to change to another boiler. Main goal of thesis is reduce changes betwen boiler K5 and boiler K3 and increase usage of boiler K5 in temporary season by ekonomic profitablbe technical solution. At the beginning of thesis is described CHP plant ŽĎAS, a.s. and its equipment. Next are four methods of calculation increase year´s usage of boiler K5. And these are cooling hot water return branch using heat exchanger, condensation of part steam from back pressure, reduce minimal power of boiler K5 and usage with small condensing turbine. Thesis is finished with comparison of mentioned methods and experimental reduce of minimal power boiler K5.
