У статті представлено християнсько-орієнтовану парадигму суб’єктності людини. Історичний поступ психологічної науки закономірно приводить до телеологічно детермінованого холістичного пред­ставлення людини як цілісної тілесно-душевно-духовної реальності, носія і суб’єкта духовних прагнень і здатностей. Таке бачення притаманне інноваційному для сучасної вітчизняної психології напрямку – хрис­тиянсько-орієнтованому, заснованому на експозиції християнської персонології на постнекласичний тип раціональності.Суб’єктність є складним багаторівневим феноменом, функціональний зміст якого визначає онтологічна доцільність існування людини як триєдності тіла-душі-духа. У трансцендентально-онтоло­гічній природі людини, її сакраментальності наявний не лише ціннісний прообраз – «Взірець» її розвитку, що телеологічно його спонукає, але й міститься необхідна конфігурація задатків, які забез­печують реальну спроможність суб’єкта до духовного самоздійснення (реалізація каузальної причинності). Суб’єктність ре­презентує божественне і людське в їх синергійному союзі щодо ініціації, актуалізації та реалізації жит­тєвої активності на трьох рівнях: духа – реалізація свободи вибору, ціннісне самовизначення і цілепо­кла­дання; душі – знаходження особистісних сенсів шляхом переживання; рівень тіла – реалізація поведінкових програм у конкретних видах предметної діяльності. Водночас душевна іпостась визначає як пріоритетний інтуїтивний спосіб актуалізації суб’єктності, а духовна задає спосіб її реалізації через вчинок. Бо­жественний Дух визначає творчий характер життєвої активності людини як Любов (з Любові, у Любові, для Любові), надаючи людині онтологічного статусу співтворця. Любов як смислова диспозиція моти­вованої духом особистості виступає провідним чинником Богонатхненної вчинкової активності The article presents the Christian-oriented paradigm of subjectivity of man. The historical act of the psychology will legally lead to the teleologically determined holistic presentation of the person as a physical-soul-spiritual reality and as a carrier and a subject of the spiritual aspirations and abilities. This is also a paradigm of the modern social psychology, Christian-oriented, based on the exposition of the Christian personality on the post-nonclassical type of rationality. Subjectivity is seen as a complex multipsychospiritual phenomenon, the functional content of which determines the feasibility of ontological existence of human as body-mind-spirit. The precious prototype, the "Sample" of its development that teleologically induces it, but also contains the necessary configuration of the instincts that provide the actual ability of the subject to spiritual self-realization (the implementation causal causality) is not only in the transcendental and ontological nature of man. Activity represents divine and human in their synergistic alliance with regard to the initiation, actualization and realization of vital activity at three levels: the spirit – the realization of freedom of choice, value self-determination and goal-setting; the soul - finding personal meaning through experience; the body level - the implementation of behavioral programs in specific types of substantive activities. At the same time, soul hypostasis defines an intuitive way as a priority to actualize activity, and the spiritual determines the way of its implementation through the act. The Divine Spirit determines the creative nature of the human activity of life as Love (from Love, in Love, for Love), giving the person the ontological status of the co-creator. Love as a semantic disposition motivated by the spirit of personality acts is the leading factor in the activity inspired by God.

Vocational (vocational and technical) education is a component of the Ukrainian system of education, where a person can acquire knowledge, skills and abilities in a particular occupation. A prerequisite for the development of such education is to ensure that its content corresponds to the needs and challenges of modern society. It responds to the demands of the labor market in the need for personnel for the economy and at the same time remains an important part of the education system. The article presents the results of a study of the peculiarities of the implementation of programs for the development of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions. It is established that a major barrier to the development of such programs is a lack of awareness among managers and teachers of the organization and planning of project activities and cooperation with donors, attracting crowdfunding platforms for additional funding sources. It was found that vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions need additional funding to update and modernize the material, computer and software facilities, as well as improved mechanisms to encourage teachers to adopt innovative learning technologies and students to succeed. Prospects for the development of institutions based on crowdfunding as an effective tool for attracting additional financing from alternative sources are outlined. The need for a broad educational campaign among the heads of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions on the dissemination of information on these opportunities and practical measures to develop the necessary skills in the use of crowdfunding tools is justified.

The article presents the results of an analysis of the market for drugs from the group of S07-Beta-blockers, as well as a study of the dynamics of changes in indicators of their socio-economic availability. It was established that during 2015-2019 the number of trade names of drugs increased. In this segment of the market, imported drugs dominate (64.94% -65.91%), as well as single drugs. In addition, there is a significant prevalence of drugs under international names such as C07AB07-Bisoprolol (33.3% of the total assortment of beta-blockers), C07AG02-Carvedilol (19.48%) and C07AB02-Metoprolol (10.83%). Despite all the efforts of the government to implement the «Affordable Drugs» program in 2018, drugs from the C07-Beta blocker group were not available to the country's population. (D≤1.0). This indicates the need to implement a larger government program aimed at improving the socio- economic availability of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine.

The article examines the regulatory and legal framework realization of Canadian National Biosafety and Biosecurity Program in the context of bioterrorism. Based on an analysis of Canadian law, it is shown that the creation of a regulatory system for this program is divided into several stages from the development of a general strategy to the creation and entry into force of specific legal acts that regulate in detail the order of research, storage and use of biologically dangerous agents and their toxins. At present, activities in the field of biomedical research in Canada are conducted according to national standards, and monitoring of their implementation in order to counter threats to biological nature provided by specially created state agency that is responsible for the administration and implementation of legislated Biosafety and Biosecurity Program. It is suggested to use the positive experience of Canada in Ukraine to create an appropriate national security system for countering bioterrorism, biological sabotage and other biological threats. The paper presents proposals for the development of programs to improve energy efficiency of educational institutions on the example of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The energy management of the university is planned to be carried out through remote monitoring and creation of an automated workplace of the energy manager with integration into the educational process. The aim of the work is to improve innovative management methods of energy management, taking into account the relationship of energy sources, thermal protection of building fences, the parameters of the microclimate of the premises. The facilities, which are on the balance of the university, are a platform for research work, subject to the cooperation of the Energy Management Service with various structural units. As part of the development of the energy efficiency program, a technical and economic analysis of the proposed energy saving measures using engineering calculation methods was performed, as well as experimental measurements were performed. Statistical data processing, methods of grouping, comparison, generalization were used, and for the decision of separate problems modeling in specialized software products was carried out. With the involvement of the scientific potential of the university, a system of remote monitoring based on software is gradually introduced, which includes a geoinformation map of engineering networks and buildings, monitoring of parameters in the premises and an analytical unit with the ability to predict energy consumption. Метою доповіді є програмна реалізація шифру PRESENT та застосування до готової реалізації методики векторів перестановки. Аналіз швидкодії шифру з урахуванням сучасних SSE3 інструкцій. Приводиться аналіз швидкодії не оптимізованого шифру та з оптимізованого. За рахунок сучасних SSE3 інструкцій та їх паралельного використання значно зменшується кількість тактів процесора на виконання одного етапу алгоритму.
