Abstract:

Fibroadenoma refers to widespread tumors of the mammary gland in childhood, while their nature is very different from pathology in adults. Giant juvenile fibroadenoma of the mammary gland belongs to the benign formations of the mammary gland, the structure of which consists of estrogen-sensitive epithelial and stromal tissues, the frequency of which reaches up to 27.9% in the pre- and 72.1% in the postmenarchal periods. Abstract:

Neoplastic lesions of the mammary gland in children are mostly benign in nature, which is associated with the normal development of the mammary gland. Malignant neoplasms in childhood are very rare. The specific gravity of breast cancer in teenagers is no more than 0.1 % of all breast cancer cases and less than 1% of all cancer cases among children. The malignant potential of breast fibroadenoma is quite low and ranges from 0.125% to 0.02%. Abstract:

На сьогодні запропоновано велику кількість розрізів на молочній залозі (МЗ), що свідчить про відсутність уніфікованого підходу. Класичним пособом видаляють фіброаденоми (ФА) методом секторальної резекції – напряму через розріз капсули залози її тканини та протокової системи. Нерідко таке втручання призводить до деформації, а пересічення м'язу, що відповідає за ерекцію соска призводить до складностей при годуванні новонародженої дитини.
