Penelitian ini didasari pada kepuasan pengguna terhadap penggunaan mobile commerce sebagai alat untuk mempermudah transaksi bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel usability secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan menerapkan USE Questionnaire yang memuat variabel usefulness (kegunaan), ease of use (kemudahan penggunaan), ease of learning (kemudahan mempelajari) sebagai variabel bebas dan satisfaction (kepuasan) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan data melibatkan 85 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Klabat yang merupakan pengguna aktif Tokopedia. Hasil analisa linear regresi berganda menunjukkan semua variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan pengaruh sebesar 46% dan sisanya 54% merupakan variabel diluar penelitian. Pada pengujian hipotesis dibuktikan bahwa variabel usefulness, ease of use dan ease of learning memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara simultan dan secara parsial variabel usefulness dan ease of use berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel ease of learning tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Анотація:
This study investigates the role of perceived ease of use as an intervening variable between two external factors from the technology acceptance model (TAM) and Accounting application (MYOB) usage intention. This paper broadened TAM by enhancing external factors: performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Seventy-nine accounting students responded in this study. Employing Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) concludes that perceived ease of use fully intercedes the connection between effort expectancy and MYOB usage intention. Besides, perceived ease of use also intervenes the association between performance expectancy and intention to use MYOB accounting application. However, the type of mediation is complimentary mediation. The practical and theoretical implication is discussing in this paper.

Technology Acceptance Theories have been widely applied and quite successful at explaining the behavioral intention to use technology in many organizations. One of the most significant variables in the Technology Acceptance Model is perceived ease of use. The Technology Acceptance Model purports that perceived ease of use contributes to the behavioral intention to use technology. Additionally, the model purports that perceived ease of use is an antecedent of perceived usefulness. In the adoption and use of technology across multiple industries, previous studies show that Technology Acceptance Theories predictions have been incorrect and not consistently supported. Qualitatively studying physicians, it is shown that medical doctors focus on factors not thoroughly investigated or explained in the literature. This study specifically investigates physicians’ behavioral intention to use a Personal Digital Assistant in their work environment and examines why some tested constructs, such as perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, are not relevant in a health care environment. Plausible solutions to this non-predictability issue, such as technology substitution, are presented.

Анотація:
This paper examines the influence of perceived ease of use on personal use of the tax e-filing system in South Africa. Data was collected using in-depth interviews and a structured questionnaire. The findings show that higher levels of perceived ease of use are associated with personal use as well as behavioral intentions to make use of the system. The results also indicate that computer self-efficacy and access to information have positive influence on perceived ease of use. These findings point to the need for equipping people with skills and information that can enable them to make use of the system.

This research method is a quantitative and causal explanatory study. The sample type in this study is non-probability sampling or convenience sampling. The samples used in this study were BRI Corporate Cash Card user employees in all Branch Offices of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero), as many as 160 respondents. Data analysis techniques for this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-AMOS. The result of this study is: (1) Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect on Perceived Usefulness (2) Perceived Ease of Use has a significant impact on Attitude towards Use (3) Perceived Usefulness has not a significant effect on Attitude towards Use (4) Attitude towards Use has a significant effect on Behavioural Intention to Use.

Authentication is applied in information systems for maintaining the confidentiality and data security. Commonly used way is by giving a password. However, the authentication process as it may cause inconvenience for both users and administrators, ie if they are in environments that have many dijferent systems, where in each cf these systems implement an authentication process dijferent from one another. Through a global method of password, a user does not need to enter passwords repeatedly to enter into multiple systems at once. In addition, administrators also do not need to adjust the data in each database system in case a user changes to data. In this article, identified problems faced by the company in terms of authentication using passwords on web-based information systems, defined seven characteristics of the concept of a global method of authentication with a password as a troubleshooting step, and determined the benefits of mplementing these new concepts. In addition, the displayed listing program written using ASP script and its implementation on the Student Information Services (SIS) Online JRS in Higher Education Prog. In the global method of passwords, not only the security level is concerned, but also convenience and ease both in the process of using both at the time control.

Electronic navigation systems are now well established on commercial vessels throughout the world. In a big ship it is entirely feasible (and probably necessary) to design the system to suit the ship. Budgets are large and there are few space constraints, so that many separate displays may be used on a bridge which would not look out of place on the USS Enterprise. This is definitely not so for a small sailing cruiser or powered leisure craft. Neither is it true for many fishing vessels. It is to those with an interest in these small boats that I address this paper.

Many online applications promise to unlock the power of collaborative work by connecting people from around the world. Finding an app that is appropriate for a task and easy to use, however, can be difficult. In this study, we evaluated 20 popular apps according to the basic work functions they accomplish (e.g., sharing files) and their adherence to the classic usability standards outlined by Nielsen and Molich. The results can help teams find apps that perform functions that are necessary for their tasks and ensure that the selected app is the best option for the team’s productivity.

In India, e-commerce sector is rising at an enormous pace, but even larger share is in the hands of offline retailers till now. A unique type of consumer behaviour has been seen because of the simple accessibility of the internet, where the customer searches for products and its information on the internet and then buys them offline. With this the researcher is here analysing the mediating effect of perceived ease of use on adoption of M-commerce services with the usage of advance mobile network generations. Data were collected from 616 respondents by making stratas of respondents in such a way that different telecom users who are doing online transactions were taken. Data were analysed by using Structural Equation Modeling technique and it was examined that the mediator (perceived ease of use) has a great impact on M-commerce adoption.

The development and invention of technology has transformed the way organizations conduct their businesses currently including banking institutions mainly in offering online banking services. Since the year of 2000, online banking services have been introduced in Malaysia. Still, online banking users in Malaysia are intolerant by issues of trust towards online banking which affect their level of acceptance. This study aims to identify the effect of perceived ease of use and trust towards intention to use internet banking among staff in Municipal Council in Malaysia. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as a research framework. 265 online banking users in a Municipal Council in Malaysia were tested using self-administered questionnaire. To examine the relationship between perceived ease of use and trust towards the intention to use internet banking, Pearson correlation and multiple regression were employed. The findings showed that perceived ease of use and trust have significant relationship with the intention to use internet banking. The outcomes offered valued information for both financiers and policy makers particularly when designing online banking marketing approaches

Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi menyebabkan efektivitas dalam bekerja meningkat. Dengan adanya website CES (Ciputra Enterprise System) membuat pekerjaan atau tugas kantor dapat dikerjakan di mana saja dan kapan saja. Website yang baik adalah yang bisa meningkatkan keefektifan ketika digunakan dan membuat penggunaan website lebih mudah. Website CES (Ciputra Enterprise System) merupakan sistem baru yang dibuat oleh Ciputra. Namun karena website ini masih baru sehingga masih banyak kekurangan yang dimiliki dari segi kemudahan yang dirasakan pengguna dan efisiensi melalui pengalaman pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usability dari website CES (Ciputra Enterprise System) untuk meningkatkan usability sistem dengan menggunakan metode USE Questionnaire. Metode ini terdiri dari 4 parameter yaitu Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning dan User Satisfaction. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel dari USE Questionnaire yaitu Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction secara simultan. Secara parsial, variabel Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi User Satisfaction (Kepuasan User) dalam menggunakan website CES (Ciputra Enterprise System) adalah Ease of Learning (Kemudahan belajar) dengan nilai koefisien 0,390.

Анотація:
MSMEs in Indonesia are expected to be able to face competition in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. However, there are many problems and obstacles in competitiveness, especially facing global competition, including access to capital, access to information and technology, access to organization and management, and access to business networks and partnerships. Besides, it is often difficult for them to get additional capital through banks or other lenders to increase their business scale. Moreover, a lack of financial and digital literacy causes the low validity of MSMEs' data to lenders. The adoption of blockchain technology is one of the considerations to minimize these MSMEs problems. Meanwhile, this technology is still relatively new to be applied to MSMEs but positively impacts the future. This study aims to measure and analyze MSMEs' readiness in using blockchain technology on a business scale with the TRAM model. This model integrates the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) models. This study aims to test several variables, including TRI, perceive ease of use, perceive ease of usefulness, attitude toward, and intense use of blockchain technology. Data processing uses the partial least square path modelling (PLS-PM) method. The results showed that TRI was significant on perceived ease of usefulness and perceived ease of usefulness. Then, perceive ease of use is significant towards perceive ease of usefulness and intention to use. Besides, perceive ease of usefulness is significant for attitude. The attitude toward variable is significant for the intention to use in the acceptance of blockchain technology.

<p>This research is aimed to test the influence of perceived compatibility perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and intention to use smartphone using five hypotheses. Purposive sampling was used as the technique of sample collection. There are representative samples that are 92 respondents, consists of lecturers, students, and employees from AKI University in Semarang city. The data had been analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and it was processed using AMOS program version 16.0. The result of the hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant influence on perceived compatibility toward perceived usefulness, perceived compatibility toward perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use toward perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use toward intention to use. However, perceived usefulness toward intention to use is not significant. It can be caused that reason of owning smartphones is only a prestige and the users do not understand benefit of it’s features.</p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh persepsi kesesuaian, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan dan minat penggunaan smartphone. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 responden yang terdiri dari dosen, mahasiswa dan karyawan universitas AKI di kota Semarang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan diolah dengan program AMOS versi 16.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada persepsi kesesuaian terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kesesuaian terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat penggunaan. Namun demikian, pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan terhadap minat penggunaan hasil dinyatakan tidak signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan responden hanya menggunakan smartphones untuk prestis.</p><p>JEL Classification: M3, M31</p>

Aplikasi myIndi​​Home memungkinkan pengguna mengakses fungsi layanan IndiHome dengan mudah. Namun dalam penggunaan serta informasi pada aplikasi tersebut masih terdapat permasalahan. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana aplikasi myindihome dapat digunakan pengguna untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu dengan efektif, efisien dan pengguna menjadi puas dalam kontek penggunaan, maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran usability dari aplikasi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat usability pada aplikasi myIndiHome bagi pelanggan IndiHome di Kabupaten Banjarnegara dengan metode USE Questionnaire. yang meliputi aspek Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, dan Satisfaction pada aplikasi myIndiHome dengan bantuan SPSS dan Microsoft Excel untuk menghitung data yang dikumpulkan berdasarkan setiap aspek. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan nilai aspek Usefulness 78,70%, Ease of Use 68,48%, Ease of Learning 78,49%, dan Satisfaction 75,63%. Tingkat Usability pada aplikasi myIndiHome bagi pengguna IndiHome di Kabupaten Banjarnegara mendapatkan nilai 74,21% dalam kategori kelayakan bermanfaat. Dari 4 variabel diketahui variabel ease of use (Kemudahan penggunaan) mendapatkan nilai terendah dari empat variabel sehingga peneliti meberikan saran agar lebih meningkatkan aspek terkait kemudahan penggunaan pada aplikasi myIndiHome

The purpose of this study is to examine whether perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust are positive predictors of Intention to use DANA in Jakarta. The population of this research is the DANA users who live in Jakarta, from the entire population of researchers who used only 200 people as samples selected using convinience sampling methods, by distributing questionnaires online, the data were then processed using smartPLS-SEM. The result of this research is perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect intention to use, and the trust can’t affect the intention to use.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat, dan kepercayaan merupakan prediktor positif dari niat untuk menggunakan DANA di Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna DANA yang tinggal di Jakarta, dari seluruh populasi peneliti yang menggunakan hanya 200 orang sebagai sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling, dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner secara online, data kemudian diproses menggunakan smartPLS-SEM. Aplikasi pengisian KRS online di STMIK XYZ Palembang ini baru diterapkan, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis agar mendapatkan masukan untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas dari aplikasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis usability dan melihat hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu variabel usefulness, ease of use, dan ease of learning terhadap variabel terikat, yaitu satisfaction secara simultan maupun parsial. Pengukuran usability mangadopsi USE questionnaire, menggunakan SPSS dalam mengolah data yang melibatkan 87 responden dari 3 program studi di STMIK XYZ Palembang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai persentase kelayakan sebesar 85,89% artinya hasil pengukuran usability aplikasi KRS secara online memiliki nilai sangat layak. Selain itu juga, dibuktikan dari pengujian hipotesis bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel usefulness, ease of use, dan ease of learning terhadap satisfaction secara simultan. Secara parsial, variabel usefulness dan ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction, sedangkan variabel ease of learning tidak berpengaruh terhadap satisfaction. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan user dalam menggunakan aplikasi pengisian KRS online adalah ease of use (kemudahan penggunaan) dengan nilai rata-rata 46,4. Hasil penelitian, merekomendasikan perlunya meningkatkan minat user untuk mempelajari dan memberikan koreksi atas kekurangan aplikasi tersebut agar menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Hedonic information systems are those that are used primarily for pleasure. Previous research has established that the intention to use hedonic information systems is explained mainly by perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment, with perceived usefulness to one's job being given less importance. Facebook could be seen as a hedonic information system. This paper employs a cross-sectional survey of 178 professionals who used Facebook to various degrees. Predictably, the authors' empirical results show that perceived enjoyment is indeed a much stronger determinant of intended continued Facebook use than ease of use or usefulness to one's job, explaining a considerable proportion of variance in continued use behavior. The authors also find that ease of use is a strong determinant of perceived enjoyment. Interestingly, their results suggest that intended continued Facebook use is significantly and positively associated with job performance, both directly and indirectly via job satisfaction.

This study examines the influence of ease of use, security concerns and attitudes on South African consumers’ satisfaction with ATM banking services. Participants of the study were solicited through electronic mailing list of ATM users in South Africa. These participants were provided with a website link that directed them to an online survey hosted by Qualtrics. A total of 224 participants from the various provinces of South Africa responded. This study confirms that customer satisfaction is linked to security concerns, attitudes and ease of use. Overall, the results indicate that the respondents were satisfied with ATM banking services. Since there is a shortage of research on customer satisfaction with ATM banking services in South Africa, an area often neglected by South African researchers, this study contributes to knowledge available in the existing literature. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using on the intention to use mobile payment and the influence of perceived ease of use on the intention to use mobile payment through attitude toward using as mediation variable for traders at Taman Puspa Raya (TPR) market. Taman Puspa Raya Market (TPR) is used as an object in this research because there is a shift of payment system to the traders at the TPR market that causes the traders to have similarities in using fintech as payment system alternative. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this research is 168 traders at the TPR market that using mobile payment as a payment alternative. The number of samples in this research is 45 respondents, and the response rate in is 100%. In this research, data analysis is done by Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this research indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. These results indicate another support evidence for the theory of acceptance model (TAM). A suggestion to future researchers is to get closer to the traders before the study is made so that traders will be more proactive and willing to help in the process of filling out the questionnaire so that the data obtained is not biased. Suggestion for traders is traders can be more careful and double-check existing transactions by ensuring that the transaction is successful and there is a notification on the merchant's cellphone.

Анотація:
While there are a wide range of business opportunities available via mobile technologies, mobile banking services have not been widely accepted by bank clients in Yemen. This article aims to test the mediation effect of TAM core constructs between the external factor self-efficacy and the intention. Questionnaire survey data collected from Four hundred and eighty-two valid responses from bank clients. SEM via AMOS was utilized to determine the importance levels of associations and interactions between the factors tested. The proposed model evidenced by goodness of fit of the model to the data, explained 81% of the variance in intention. The findings of the multivariate analysis reveal that self-efficacy has had a significantly positive affect on the perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. In addition, ease of use and usefulness has a positive important direct influence on the intention. Also, usefulness and ease of use mediated the relation between self-efficacy and intention. The results of the current article might give further insights into mobile banking strategies.
