This thesis offers a new model of embodied situated cognition, and develops an embodied hermeneutics which uses Focusing in phenomenological research. I apply these tools to the first detailed ethnography of Eco-Paganism to reveal powerful processes of connection which have considerable significance for religious studies and ecopsychology. The Environmental Research Area Review Group has long recognized a need to understand the role of Ecosystem Goods and Services (EGS) in US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) civil works planning. An EGS Work Unit, funded by the Ecosystem Management and Restoration Research Program (EMRRP), has collaborated for more than a decade to develop many products and resources useful to USACE planners and policy makers. This technical note reviews the body of work produced by this large, diverse, and dedicated team.

Abstract:
A comparative study of the performance of laying hens housed in cages and floor pens was conducted under filed condition at C.U. Veterinary Research Center. A total of 480 birds were divided iinto 2 groups, each group consisting of 4 replicates, 60 birds each. The results were recorded throught 52 weeks of egg production. There were no significant (P &gt; 0.05) differences for the rate of egg production, efficiency if feed utilization, body weight gain and mortality rate. But the egg weight was significantly (p &lt; 0.05) greater in group of birds housed in cages than those housed in floor pen

When humans engage with video, their brain and body interact in response to sensory input. To investigate these interactions, we recorded and are releasing a dataset from N=178 participants across five experiments featuring short online educational videos. To enable risk characterization of perfluorooctane sulfonic acid in extended chronic and multi-generational exposures, we assessed PFOS bioconcentration in zebrafish exposed continuously to environmentally-relevant PFOS concentrations through 180 days postfertilization in parental and first filial generation fish.
