This article presents the results of a comparative legal analysis of the constitutions of the countries of South Africa regarding the consolidation of the constitutional spheres of interaction of the chambers of parliaments in them. The study showed that the typical (universal) areas of interaction between the chambers of parliament include: the legislative sphere; the security sphere and the control sphere. The international sphere, which involves the interaction of the chamber of parliament on the ratification of international treaties (Eswatini, South Africa), is atypical for the states of

Iain Chambers' essay challenges explanations of the Arab Spring emerging from the Occidental media, arguing that the terms of engagement set by the Arab revolts can no longer be unilaterally defined by the West. Chambers stresses the centrality of the Mediterranean as an increasingly evident site of confluence between East and West and between North and South. He goes on to argue that the events of the Arab Spring reopen the Western cultural and political lexicon, and put into question the historical alliance between Christianity and the universalising discourses of modernity. The key aspect of radiation-proof manipulators used in nuclear industry is human presence in the manipulator control loop due to a wide variety of performed operations and the nondeterministic nature of the working environment. Relatively large distances between the control stations and the manipulators, imperfect visibility of the sealed chamber’s inner space from the control station necessitate the use of computer vision systems. It is particularly important to understand the origins of layering in peralkaline rocks, e.g. the kakortokite (nepheline syenite), Ilímaussaq Complex, S. Specimens obtained from brain slicing experiments, cell research, and skin studies are sensitive to temperature variations, humidity, and air quality. Proper temperature control is crucial to prevent cell distortion and necrosis, ensuring accurate observations and data collection. A visual patching and imaging chamber is introduced as a vital tool for maintaining optimal specimen temperature in behavioral, neuroimaging, and electrophysiological studies. The chamber features an aluminum heat exchanger plate with precise temperature control, gas inlet, and perfusate tubes. It's used in rodent re
