Abstract. Medical errors are an actual medical and social problem. More and more doctors are retiring from medical work due to psychoemotional stress associated with numerous complaints from patients and their relatives, which often reach court proceedings. The patient takes care of his health and expects understanding, attention and kind attitude from the doctor. The doctor should pay attention not only to the therapeutic and diagnostic practice, but also to the psychoemotional state of the patient. Abstract:
Journalistic communication is professional, its purpose is to obtain information and share it withthe audience. A journalist communicates when he intends to receive information directly from the interlocutor, from documents that the interlocutor has, or by observing the behavior of the interlocutor during the conversation. The most common method is communication in order to obtain verbal information. In the course of communication, a journalist succeeds when he adheres to politeness, clarity, brevity. It is important that the conditions of communication must be prepared or created: a place of

Abstract: Scalable quantum networks, powered by entanglement-driven secure communication, are poised to revolutionize global information exchange, cybersecurity, and quantum computing infrastructures. Unlike classical communication systems, quantum networks leverage quantum entanglement and superposition to enable ultra-secure data transmission, quantum key distribution (QKD), and instantaneous information sharing across large-scale networks. This research explores the fundamental principles of entanglement-based communication, the role of quantum repeaters, quantum memory, and multi-nodal ent

Abstract:
Ecological models are used throughout the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to inform decisions related to ecosystem restoration, water operations, environmental impact assessment, environmental mitigation, and other topics. Ecological models are typically developed in phases of conceptualization, quantification, evaluation, application, and communication. Evaluation is a process for assessing the technical quality, reliability, and ecological basis of a model and includes techniques such as calibration, verification, validation, and review. In this technical note (TN), we describe an approac

Abstract:
The paper discusses information and communication technology use for studying reasons of aviation accidents because of the aviation operator errors as result of internal and external influence. The model and technique are proposed and include integrated ICT united previously developed (initial professional selection and day-to-day pre-shift check), open access cloud-based (NASA and ICAO) and real-time operative (air traffic controllers and pilots control) ICTs, which data are stored in one database. Proposed ICT has been checked to study effect of the solar wind parameters (speed and density)
