The article identified and analyzed the cost factors in innovation projects on the optimization of the production structure in the forestry enterprises. On this basis the model POV needs to consider the impact of cost and factors of the external and internal environment in which it is planned and implemented each project. In addition to these factors, the cost of the project is affected by other factors that are difficult subject to formal identification, but can affect both positively and negatively. However, to achieve project goals, it is possible only with the application of such well-know

The ‘Element method of Cost Control’ introduces a hierarchical set of functional building elements. There are two groups of elements in building construction. The space delimiting elements are the elements, which are able to define spaces such as roofs, walls, floors etc. The space equipping elements are those, which furnish the space such as sanitary, electrical or air-conditioning elements. The elements are then sub divided into sub elements such as ground floor, curtain wall, internal wall etc. The first step of this method is to define each and every element as independently as possible. The thin-walled TRC element is considered to participate in the structural behaviour of the composite slab. This distinct function of the TRC element (as formwork and as a part of a composite element) distinguishes the design procedure into two States: a Temporary and a Permanent one.

Ett teknikutrymme på yttertak har olika förutsättningar i förhållande till den underliggande byggnad, vilket kan leda till att produktionen fördröjs och att byggtiden förlängs. Then we show how to sort epics according to a benefit-cost index to help decide the order in which to put epics into releases. Instantiating points with a monetary value provides added means of prioritizing and determining when to stop sending epics into construction. We show two modes of estimating benefit: one where the purpose is to fulfil a given goal (confirmatory mode), and the other where the purpose is to explore where to set the goal

We study the labor market and macroeconomic effects of introducing a carbon tax in the energy sector in emerging economies (EMEs) by building a framework with equilibrium unemployment and firm entry that incorporates key elements of the distinct employment and firm structure of EMEs. Our model endogenizes the adoption of green energy-production technologies--a core element of policy discussions regarding the transition to a low-carbon economy. Calibrating the model to EME data, we show that a carbon tax fosters greater green technology adoption and increases the share of green energy produced.

Abstract:
One major difficulty in developing fitness-for-purpose based flaw acceptance criteria for pipeline branch connections is the calculation of the stress distributions in the vicinity of the welds. Even with the latest computer aided modeling technologies, direct finite element modeling of branch connections using 3-D solid elements can be time consuming and cost prohibitive. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the possibility of using more computationally-efficient finite element approaches to determine the stress distributions local to branch connections. This report describes work to dev

Abstract:
A good liability management strategy is one that helps minimize the cost of borrowing over the medium and long term. The objective is not to save the last basis point in each transaction, but rather to bring down the overall borrowing cost. This paper uses Argentina's experience to illustrate some important elements in the design of a liability management strategy. It takes into account the specific characteristics of the Argentine capital market and of the debt instruments that are available.
