The present study was to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity and their inhibitions way were investigated by Ethyl acetate extract of Cyclea peltata. Initially the phytochemical analysis was performed to identify the bioactive compounds responsible for the inflammatory activity. These plant possessed alkaloid, flavonoid, terpenoid and polyphenols, glycosides. Among the phytochemicals identified flavonoid extract found to have higher antiinflammatory activity against inflammatory enzymes like cycloxygenase and lipoxygenase. Many diseases have become easier to diagnose and treat as a result of advancements in medical science and technology, but strokes, which have multiple etiologies and mechanisms, continue to be difficult to treat. Synthetic drugs are notorious for causing a slew of unavoidable side effects. Herbal drugs have a wide range of mechanisms of action and are typically free of side effects, making them excellent alternatives to synthetic drugs for stroke treatment. Cyclea peltata (Lam) Hook f. Abstract:
Cancer has now been designated as a preventable disease with the increasing interest by the research community. The impartial administration of chemical treatments has now shifted to natural products due to the side effects observed with chemotherapy. In the present study, a pharmaceutical approach is undertaken to screen the anticancer potential of Cyclea peltata against breast cancer. We examined the in vitro anticancer potential of MCF-7 cancer cell lines by MTT assay using various concentrations of the methanol extract of the plant. In silico analysis were carried out by Schrodinger suite.
