Children today are surrounded by both traditional and cutting-edge digital media worldwide. Children's daily life now includes screen time starting as early as infancy. Preschoolers exposed to interactive and screen media may benefit in a variety of ways, but excessive or unsuitable screen time may offer health and developmental hazards. The environment, including parents, siblings, and classmates, has a major effect on children's development. More than ever before, children are absorbing video and internet gaming content. In this work, the efficiency of second-order sideband generation in a coupled optomechanical cavity system with a cubic nonlinear harmonic oscillator is theoretically investigated. Abstract:
Aims: The aim of this study is to review and analyze the associated factors that contribute to delay in prehospital myocardial infarction, based on published literature.
Methodology: A systematic literature review was conducted to identify and analyze the associated factors with delay in prehospital myocardial infarction (MI). Relevant studies published between 2003 and 2022 were searched using predefined search terms in electronic databases. Study selection involved screening titles and abstracts, followed by a full-text evaluation of potentially relevant articles. Data from selected st

Abstract:
BackgroundDelays in treatment initiation for tuberculosis (TB) may lead to worse clinical outcomes and increased transmission. We aimed to determine factors associated with treatment delays, to guide public health action.MethodsWe extracted data on clinical characteristics and documented potential barriers to treatment from all pulmonary TB cases with clinical case review data from 2011 to 2015 and linked these to TB surveillance data. We described the distribution of delays from symptom onset to first presentation (“presentation delay”) and from presentation to treatment (“healthcare delay”).

Abstract:
Background: Most tuberculosis (TB) transmissions occur between the onset of symptoms and treatment initiation. Early case identification and treatment initiation is an effective method to control the spread of TB, but the lack of a clear understanding about the extent of TB diagnostic delay and the factors contributing to delay continue to derail progress in combating the disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of diagnostic delay and factors associated with delay among TB patients. Methods: An analytic cross-sectional survey of 302 TB patients on the intensive phase of
