This article provides an analysis of the dynamics and forecasting of the production of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in the context of Rosstat product groups: «Beer, except for brewing waste», «Packaged natural mineral waters, packaged drinking waters, free of sugar, sweeteners, flavorings and other nutrients», «Other non-alcoholic drinks». The study is based on official monthly data from the State Statistics Service for the period from 2017 to 2023. Forecasts are given for each month of 2024-2026 based on the econometric models SARIMA, Holt-Winters, analytical smoothing with seasonality.
