The paper identifies the approaches of Quality Management Maturity Assessments and proposes the novel Quality Maturity Assessment framework called Glykas Quality Compass (GQC) that evaluates implemen­tation initiatives holistically and comprehensively through a matrix of Crit­ical Success Factors (CSFs) and Enablers.
