It has been established that a high level of endogenous intoxication is identified in these patients connected with a reduction of the concentration of endogenous albumin in the peripheral blood, due to an accumulation of molecules of medium mass, a decrease of the effective concentration of albumin and the toxin-binding ability of albumin.

In this study, the reactivity of the body of stroke 75 patients was studied by dynamic changes in peripheral blood parameters and integral indices of endogenous intoxication before and after treatment.
