A review of biologically structured water (BSW) is needed to support a more convincing argument of the significance of organized water to the overall health of living organisms. Research phrases related to BSW water are energized, hexagonal, interfacial, or bound water because they refer to biological water with similar structural, functionality, and general water properties. Structured water is formed by shortening hydrogen bonds (H-bonds) in free water, forming various polymeric water structures. In living organisms, BSW water has liquid crystalline properties that have excellent redox quali

The exchange of electrons and protons from energized BSW water significantly contributes to recycling energy biomolecules during aerobic respiration. Plant resilience to biotic and abiotic stressors is also significantly improved by maintaining adequate levels of BSW water. The physicochemical properties of SW water are readily measured and are associated with improved human health. Natural healing water and SW water products have similar physicochemical properties.

Abstract:
The interaction of glycine zwitterion and water is calculated using ab initio method with minimized GLO basis set. The first hydration shell of glycine zwitterion is predicted to compose of five water molecules. The influence of the first hydration to the internal rotation of glycine zwitterion is studied and the energy optimized pathway is compared with that of isolated molecule. The investigation of glycine zwitterion-Na[superscript +] complex in water provides that the two coordinated water of aquo complex of Na[superscript +] are dehydrated and replaced by glycine zwitterion. Thus the form

Climate change, rapid urbanization and other grand challenges increasingly force cities to rethink their urban (water) infrastructure. In particular, decentralized urban water management solutions, which can recover valuable resources close to the source are increasingly applied to remediate water scarcity, sanitation or environmental pollution challenges. Yet, although interesting demonstration projects with decentralized solutions (from here on labeled ‘decentralized UWM solutions’) are underway in several world regions, actors developing and implementing this transformative innovation are n

Abstract:
The objective of this one-year project was to show whether a significant correlation can be established between the decreasing infiltration rate of the soil, during simulated rainstorm, and a following increase in the reflectance of the crusting soil. The project was supposed to be conducted under laboratory conditions, using at least three types of soils from each country. The general goal of this work was to develop a method for measuring the soil infiltration rate in-situ, solely from the reflectance readings, using a spectrometer. Loss of rain and irrigation water from cultivated fields is

Protection systems in Central-Eastern Europe (CEE) are different from the Dutch system. They are older and initially, i.e., pre-World War II, were built to counter the threat of politically motivated violence. Post-1989, it changed to threats from organised crime, and since the 2010s, it is changing again towards countering politically motivated acts. Each of the three systems had its own turning points – be it 2010/2018 or 2024. These energised the systems and spurred them into action, but often this is happening in a “we should have seen it coming” fashion. The most obvious case of this is S
