The research seeks to identify the way through which information and communication technologies could support adaptation to climate change in the developing countries which are likely to be the most affected by this phenomenon. Bangladesh and the Sahel were chosen as target areas for their unique ecological and climatic peculiarities. The study reviewed the role of information and related technologies to support community-based adaptation practices and analyzing agricultural information and knowledge needed to cope with climate variability and change in rural Bangladesh.
