Las diferentes problemáticas que acaecen a nuestro país, como la pobreza estructural y la nueva, el desempleo, los avances tecnológicos, la crisis y la coyuntura, son condicionantes en el elevado índice de violencia y delincuencia que van afectando de forma integral el desarrollo del sistema educativo. La educación en contexto de encierro (ECE), permite exponer los hechos carcelarios y previos como fruto de una relación económica y social, producto de un régimen de acumulación colapsado, que postula un ciclo educativo gradual y en parte obligatorio, a la vez que excluye a quienes lo integran.
