A member of this family, RGS4, has been implicated in several neurological disorders including Parkinson's Disease (PD). G protein-coupled receptor kinases (GRKs) are a family of serine/threonine kinases that phosphorylate and mediate densensitisation of agonist-occupied G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). ศึกษาถึงการผลิตตัวดูดซับรูปทรงกลมที่มีรูพรุนจากผลผลิตทางการเกษตรกรรม โดยใช้ชานอ้อยซึ่งเป็นผลิตผลจากเกษตรกรรมที่หาได้ง่ายและมีราคาถูกในประเทศไทย โดยเลือกจากชานอ้อย ฝ้าย หรือเยื่อกระดาษ เพื่อใช้ทดแทน Sephadex G-25 ซึ่งเป็นวัสดุรูปทรงกลมที่มีรูพรุนที่ผลิตจากสารประกอบของเซลลูโลส (Bead cellulose) เป็นเซลลูโลสบริสุทธิ์ที่ผลิตโดยกรรมวิธีการผลิตจาก Viscose ทุกๆ อนุภาคมีลักษณะเป็นทรงกลม และมีรูพรุนที่สม่ำเสมอ โดยนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ได้หลายประการ ได้แก่ วัสดุรองรับทางกายภาพ วัสดุสำหรับกระบวนการโครมาโตกราฟี วัสดุสำหรับกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนประจุ วัสดุสำหรับดูดซึมโลหะ (Metal chelating metal) ตัวดูดซับทางเคมี (Che

จากการทดลองของคณะผู้วิจัยพบว่าการใช้โคลิสตินและสารสมุนไพรเบอร์เบอร์รีนผสมอาหารเพื่อเร่งการเจริญเติบโตมีประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมปริมาณเชื้ออี. โคไล ดีกว่าการใช้ฮาควินอล อย่างไรก็ตามเชื้อที่สามารถอยู่รอดหลังจากการได้รับสารต้านจุลชีพในระดับต่ำกว่าการรักษาอาจส่งผลให้เกิดการดื้อยาได้ การทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบค่าความเข้มข้นที่ต่ำที่สุดของยาที่สามารถยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเชื้อ(Minimal Inhibitory Concentration; MIC) ของเชื้ออี. โคไล จำนวน 78 เชื้อ ที่ได้จากการทดลองของคณะวิจัยเองการทดลองพบว่า เชื้ออี. โคไล ที่แยกได้ในสัปดาห์แรกก่อนให้สารต้านจุลชีพมีค่า MIC50 เท่ากับ 2 [mu]g/ml และห
