It is shown, that at psychological and pedagogical accompaniment of the professional self-determination of a truly individual approach possible only with the use individually-subjective metric of psychological space of professional self-determination. However, in practice it is advisable to use various metrics of this space, focusing in the implementation of vocational choice on the definition of long-term variations of the individual strategies of professional self-determination.
