Abstract:
This paper describes a computer program that implements an algorithm for com- pressing technological information with losses using archive data of the information-measuring system "Skala-micro" of the Kursk and Smolensk NPPs as an example. The presented al- gorithm allows to compress file archives at the data level with the possibility of their quick subsequent recovery within the limits of the acceptable error. The main goal of the algorithm is to significantly reduce the excess amount of memory when storing data for its subsequent more efficient use.

With the development of information technology and network technology, digital archive management systems have been widely used in archive management. This article highlights how can companies archive their 3D CAD files as their software races toward obsolescence. Digital designs, though, are created on software and computers that are outdated when they are delivered. Computer files can be hard to retrieve in as little as five years down the road. This is a big problem for the engineering community and, of course, for corporations, government agencies, and organizations that store information digitally—in short, for everyone. We describe a new file system that provides, at the same time, both name and content based access to files. To make this possible, we introduce the concept of a semantic directory. Every semantic directory has a query associated with it. When a user creates a semantic directory, the file system automatically creates a set of pointers to the files in the file system that satisfy the query associated with the directory. This set of pointers is called the query-result of the directory. To access the files that satisfy the query, users just need to de-reference the appropriate pointers. Users can

An important design goal of a distributed file system, a component of many distributed systems, is to provide UNIX file access semantics, e.g., the result of any write system call is visible by all processes as soon as the call completes. In a distributed environment, these semantics are difficult to implement because processes on different machines do not share kernel cache and data structures. Strong data consistency guarantees may be provided only at the expense of performance. Current distributed file systems rely on commodity hardware to provide strongly consistent data storage for big data analytics applications, such as Hadoop and Spark. Our schema, initially limited to the fields of archaeology and cultural heritage, is now open to other areas of the human sciences. The choice of data organization, metadata, paradata, standards and infrastructure is in line with the FAIR principles of the semantic web.
