In order to study the influencing factor of hydrodynamics characteristic in dislocated bearing, the evolution of internal friction and boundary pressure is simulated with boundary element method (BEM). The results indicate that boundary pressure increases with the increase of journal’s radius and △R (stagger displacement of bearing). This conveyor is used for the process of fuel dregs supply at the boiler station. In this research, the analysis of failure and fatigue with the finite element method in Ansys will be carried out. The material analyzed is HQ705 with static loading. The analysis carried out includes static structural analysis and fatigue analysis on the sprocket shaft.
