Magister Chirurgiae Dentium - MChD<br>The aim of this study was to investigate the biological profile oftheAOT by comparing the Ki-67 proliferative indices of the AOT, Unicystic Ameloblastoma (UA) and Dentigerous Cyst (DC) using ImmunoRatio® software. Adenomatoid Odontogenic Tumours (AOTs) are classified as benign epithelial odontogenic neoplasms with mature fibrous stroma, without odontogenic mesenchyme. Das Ziel der durchgeführten Studie war es, die Prävalenz und die topografische Verteilung von Kieferzysten für eine Leipziger Population darzustellen. In 2005 the World Health Organisation classified the odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) as a benign cystic neoplasm, using the term keratocystic odontogenic tumour. 碩士<br>國立臺灣大學<br>臨床牙醫學研究所<br>89<br>In this study, we used an immunohistochemical method to investigate the expression of p53, p21, MDM2, and PCNA in 55 odontogenic keratocysts (OKC), 35 dentigerous cysts (DC), and 34 of radicular cysts (RC). The results showed that the positive stained cells of p53, p21, MDM2, and PCNA in the epithelial lining of OKCs distributed predominantly in the parabasal layer, compared to DCs and RCs. Zysten und zystenähnliche Erkrankungen sind häufig auftretende Krankheiten des Ober- sowie Unterkiefers. Das Ziel der durchgeführten Studie war es, die Prävalenz und die topografische Verteilung von Kieferzysten für eine Leipziger Population darzustellen. Dafür wurden aus 4245 oralpathologischen Fällen der Jahre 2000 bis 2010 jene herausgefiltert, die einen Bezug zur Zielstellung aufwiesen. Es wurden Daten von 1336 Fällen (31,5%) ermittelt und retrospektiv ausgewertet.
