Padayachee and Van Wyk in 1987 first documented the case of Glandular odontogenic cyst (GOC) and regarded this as ‘sialo-odontogenic cyst’ they published two cases that mimicked botryoid odontogenic cyst and the central mucoepidermoid tumor of jaws.
