Abstract:
The shift to remote and hybrid education during the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated the need to revise and improve the education and professional development of teachers. It revealed that teachers often lacked the digital and pedagogical skills to organize and deliver education remotely. Better educational systems and processes begin with better-quality teaching, not only in schools and classrooms, but now remotely and in hybrid form. In Latin America and the Caribbean, a recent survey reveals that half of teachers consider that their single most important training need is pedagogical skills. T

It is demonstrated that one of the conditions for successful scientific and pedagogical work is exchanging of methodical materials, including with using of augmented reality. We propose to classify approaches of placing methodical materials on closed, open and open-moderated types. One of the important benefits of a closed type is the high quality of the methodical material, but it’s limited by amount of material and the lack of exchange opportunities that are problems, and there are no open-moderated resources in the Ukrainian language. For decades, technology has been promoted as a solution to educational challenges in Latin America and the Caribbean, with early enthusiasm suggesting that digital tools could revolutionize access and learnings. However, real-world implementation has revealed mixed results, with a lack of pedagogical integration and infrastructure hindering their impact. As artificial intelligence (AI) emerges as the next frontier in education, the digital transformation of education presents both opportunities and risks. This tension raises an urgent question: can AI become the transformative force it promise
