The Peruri Portal is an application designed to support corporate administrative activities at Perum Percetakan Uang Republik Indonesia (PERURI), the Indonesian state-owned printing company. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Peruri Portal in enhancing corporate administrative efficiency. The findings indicate that the Peruri Portal has contributed to improving administrative effectiveness. No official warnings regarding the drought onset and its development had been issued in the Czech Republic until 2022. The amendment to the Water Act requires the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (CHMI) to regularly inform the selfgovernments, such as the Regions and Municipalities with Extended Powers, about the risk of drought onset. In 2022, an information (alert) system was created to inform (alert) about the drought onset and development on the territory of the Czech Republic. This short paper introduces the whole system, including the methodology.
