Background: Liposomes serve as delivery systems for biologically active compounds. Existing technologies inefficiently encapsulate large hydrophilic macromolecules, such as PVP-conjugated chlorin e6 (Photolon). This photoactive drug has been widely tested for therapeutic applications, including photodynamic reduction of atherosclerotic plaque. Methods: A novel formulation of Photolon was produced using “gel hydration technology”. Its pharmacokinetics was tested in Sus scrofa f. domestica. Its cellular uptake, cytotoxicity, and ability to induce a phototoxic reaction were demonstrated in J774A.

Abstract:
The results of treatment of the patient with verrucous luekoplakia of mucous membrane of body of the tongue with photodynamic therapy are represented. In 2015 the patient underwent 4 courses of photodynamic therapy with photosensitizer photolon. Photolon was injected at dose of 2 mg/kg 3 h before irradiation (laser output power was 0.262 W, light dose – 50 and 100 J/cm2). The result of treatment was assessed as complete regression: 4 months after multiple-course photodynamic therapy there were no clinical and histological signs of luekoplakia.

This work presents the results of performing intraoperative photodynamic therapy (IOPDT) on 22 patients with recurrent pelvic tumors(cervical cancer – in 18 patients, cancer of the corpus uteri – in 3 patients, cancer of the anal canal – in 1 patient). Sometimes when terrain is inaccessible to humans we use robots to help us explore it. In this project a self navigating robot was created that used ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles in its path and avoided them. When an obstacle is encountered the robot documents said obstacle by taking photographs of it as well as registered its coordinates and created a map, as a bonus feature. พัฒนาถังสัมผัสแบบอากาศและปรับใช้ถังสัมผัสแบบอากาศยกในการเพาะเลี้ยงสาหร่ายเซลล์เดียว โดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 3 ส่วน ส่วนแรกเป็นการเพาะเลี้ยงเซลล์ของไดอะตอม Chaetoceros calcitrans ซึ่งเป็นอาหารสำคัญในการอนุบาลสัตว์น้ำ เช่น ลูกกุ้งกุลาดำ ซึ่งผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นชัดเจนว่า การเพาะเลี้ยงในระบบถังสัมผัสแบบอากาศยกหรือเรียกได้ว่าเป็นถังปฏิกรณ์เชิงแสงแบบอากาศยกนั้น ช่วยให้เซลล์สามารถเจริญเติบโตได้ดีกว่าระบบการเพาะเลี้ยงที่ใช้กันทั่วไป โดยมีการศึกษาถึงผลของสารอาหาร ผลของการออกแบบถัง และผลจากตัวแปรในการดำเนินงานต่างๆ คือ ความเข้มของแสง และอัตราการให้อากาศพบว่า สารอาหารมาตรฐาน F/2 นั้นจะ
