We recently examined specimens of the Rhopalopsole from Hubei, Ningxia and Shaanxi, China and three new synonyms of Rhopalopsole sinensis Yang & Yang, 1993 are established: Rhopalopsole furcata Yang & Yang, 1994, Rhopalopsole hongpingana Sivec & Harper, 2008 and Rhopalopsole ningxiana Li & Yang, 2010 are synonymized with Rhopalopsole sinensis Yang & Yang, 1993. We also place Rhopalopsole furcospina (Wu, 1973) as a nomen dubium. Long hairs on the antennae of R. sinensis thought to be diagnostic also occur on Rhopalopsole ampulla Du & Qian, 2011, Rhopalopsole exiguspina D

<i>Rhopalopsole</i> Klapálek, 1912, is a species-rich genus in the family Leuctridae, with more than 80 valid species known from the Oriental and eastern Palaearctic Regions.We recently examined specimens of <i>Rhopalopsole</i> Klapálek, 1912 from Hubei and Guizhou, China and provided a supplementary description of <i>Rhopalopsole ampulla</i> Du &amp; Qian, 2011, <i>Rhopalopsole exiguspina</i> Du &amp; Qian, 2011 and <i>Rhopalopsole memorabilis</i> Qian &amp; Du, 2014. Additionally, we provide new images of these species to facilitate identification.

A new species of the genus <i>Rhopalopsole</i> (Plecoptera, Leuctridae) from Yunnan Province, China, <i>Rhopalopsole dulongjianga</i> <b>sp. nov.</b>, is described and illustrated.This new species is compared to the similar species, <i>Rhopalopsole bispina</i> (Wu, 1949). Additionally, we provide a supplemental description and colour plates of <i>R. bispina</i>. A key to <i>Rhopalopsole</i> species from Yunnan Province, China, is also provided in this paper.

Recently, we reviewed the specimens of the genus Rhopalopsole Klapálek, 1912 we have collected and checked the holotype and paratypes of Rhopalopsole duyuzhoui Sivec &amp; Harper, 2008. We present morphological evidence that R. duyuzhoui is a junior synonym of Rhopalopsole basinigra Yang &amp; Yang, 1995, and that R. basiningra is a new distribution record to Guizhou Province, southwestern China. The species of Leuctridae (Plecoptera) from Guangxi, China are reviewed. Two species of Rhopalopsole are described as new to science, R. cestroidea sp. nov. and R. triangulis sp. nov., belonging to the R. vietnamica group and the R. magnicerca group, respectively. Six species of Leuctridae are now known for Guangxi including two additional species of Rhopalopsole and one Paraleuctra recorded for the first time. The previously unknown female of R. duyuzhoui Sivec &amp; Harper, 2008 is described from specimens from Guangxi. Characters are illustrated for the separation of R. furcospina (Wu, 1973
