Abstract:
The factors determining fuse quality in hot-roll toner fixing, namely, toner and paper surface properties and machine conditions were examined. The SEM observation of the fixing states and the tape peeling test failure states showed the direct relation between the fuse quality and the toner fixing states. A physical fusing model was employed to explain the change in the shape of toner particles during the fixing process. The non-uniform fixing states were categorized into three levels. The first group comprised unmelted or only marginally melted toner particles which were weakly adhering to

The calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) has a well-established role in regulating Ca2+ homeostasis by controlling the release of parathyroid hormone from the parathyroid gland. The results showed that while skin tone had little effect, gender and ethnicity were more indicative. Therefore our study seeks to re-test the relationship between skin tone and consumer service perception as well as the effects of ethnicity and tipping behavior, and if a consumer’s cultural identity strength plays a role in consumer perception. The aim of the work presented here was to investigate the role of A1-MGBv corticothalamic feedback using harmonic and mistuned complex tones (HCTs and MCTs) in adult ferrets. 碩士
國立陽明大學
藥理學研究所
87
We evaluated the role of endogenous angiotensins, the subtypes of angiotensins receptor involved in the modulation of sympathetic vasomotor tone, and the contribution of sympathetic premotor neurons in nucleus reticularis ventrolateralis (NRVL) to this modulatory precess, based on auto-spectral analysis of systemic arterial pressure (SAP) signals in adult male Sprague-Dawley rats. Intravenous infusion of propofol (40-160 mg/kg/h), which elicited gradual and progressive depression of the vasomotor components (0-0.8 Hz) in the SAP spectrum, was used to manipulate

Abstract:
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PH) is a rare disorder that is progressive and often fatal within 3years. Recent advances in vascular research have identified the small GTP-binding protein RhoA and its downstream effector Rho-kinase as important regulators of a variety of physiologic functions, including vascular smooth muscle contraction. Rho-kinase is expressed in most cells and increases calcium sensitization by decreasing myosin phosphatase activity, leading to increased myosin light-chain phosphorylation and smooth muscle contraction. The present study was undertaken to clarify the role
