The activities we present, within the framework of a school project aimed at fourth grade students (children 9 and 10 years old), seek to encourage students to work on concepts related to random or uncertain situations such as: possible event and impossible event. These activities are significant for students because the context of the random situation used is a school walk, away from the typical gambling contexts, and given its experiential character. Among the results we found that the students were able to internalize the concepts taught and achieved the objectives proposed by the teacher.
