Subject of research: different parts – roots, stems, leaves, berries – of bilberries (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), growing near the A1 Vilnius – Kaunas – Klaipėda highway (the 94th kilometre, right side of the road). Methodology: for research the samples of bilberries were picked near the A1 Vilnius – Kaunas – Klaipėda highway at the 15 – 20 km distance from Kaunas, at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 70 m distance from highway. Sunkieji metalai yra vieni toksiškiausių ir žalingiausių aplinkos veiksnių. Organizme jie skatina aktyviųjų deguonies formų susidarymą, dėl to pažeidžiamos ląstelės membranos, nukleorūgščių ir baltymų struktūros. Pagrindinis tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti švino ir nikelio jonų įtaką baltymų ir metalotioneinų sintezei laboratorinių pelių kepenyse bei cinko apsauginį poveikį, veikiant švinui ir nikeliui. Tyrimams naudotos 4-6 savaičių nelinijinės baltosios laboratorinės pelės, sveriančios nuo 20 iki 25 gramų. Pelių laikymo sąlygos atitiko reikalavimus. The state Švihov Castle is located in the eponymous town in the western part of Bohemia. Půta Švihovský built this unconquerable object in 1480 near the Uhlava river. Other owners of the castle include the Říčanští's from the town of Říčan in the 16th century, and then the Černín's from the town of Chudenic, who owned the building until the end of the Second World War.
