Tăng áp lực mạch phổi (TAP) là biến chứng tim mạch phổ biến ở trẻ đẻ non loạn sản phế quản phổi (LSPQP), thường đi kèm với kết cục xấu trong giai đoạn sơ sinh và các đợt tái nhập viện. Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá tiến triển của tăng áp lực mạch phổi ở trẻ loạn sản phế quản phổi trong 12 tháng đầu. Đây là nghiên cứu loạt ca bệnh được thực hiện tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ tháng 01/2022 đến tháng 04/2024. Có 44 bệnh nhân LSPQP - TAP được chọn vào nghiên cứu, 18/44 bệnh nhân (40,91%) tử vong trong 12 tháng, chủ yếu tử vong trong 6 tháng đầu (34,09%). Tất cả các bệnh nhân tử vong đều còn tình trạn
