This research examines the effects of technostress on educators' productivity within Jordan's higher education sector, highlighting gender differences. Technostress, characterized by techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, and techno-uncertainty, adversely affects productivity. The study gathered data from 500 educators through a structured online survey, achieving a 73% response rate.
