Abstract:
As practice has shown, piezoelectric motors operating on the principles of the inverse piezoelectric effect can serve as the foundation for cutting-edge automation and precision mechanics systems, as well as innovative lighting technology. Designers are particularly interested in the potential to develop systems and configurations of precise and compact stepper motors based on the inverse piezoelectric effect. As demands for precision and weight reduction in such motors become increasingly stringent, particularly with the aim of reducing overall dimensions, a growing number of options and tech

Full text
Abstract:
Generally, the inspection of welds in pipes with a wall thickness less than 6 mm is performed using radiography. Because radiography is very sensitive to the orientation of planar weld defects, these types of defects often go undetected. In contrast, ultrasonic testing (UT) offers a better solution for detecting and sizing of these defects. In this project a method to inspect welds in thin-walled pipe less than 6-mm thick using mechanized ultrasonic weld inspection was developed. The project investigated the application of time-based high-frequency (up to 15 MHz) single/multi-probe technique

Abstract:
In 2023, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announced the selection of the Ascon family of algorithms designed by Dobraunig, Eichlseder, Mendel, and Schläffer to provide efficient cryptographic solutions for resource-constrained devices. This decision emerged from a rigorous, multi-round lightweight cryptography standardization process. The Ascon family includes a suite of cryptographic primitives that provide Authenticated Encryption with Associated Data (AEAD), hash function, and eXtendable Output Function (XOF) capabilities. The Ascon family is characterized by lightw
