The main aim of this study is surveying the relationship between workplace incivility and turnover intention among nurses. This study used a correlation and regression analysis to observe the relationship between workplace incivility and turnover intention. Semi-structured interview technique is used and 163 usable questionnaires were filled together with 163 volunteered nurses. The findings suggested that there is a positive and significant relationship between workplace incivility and turnover intention.
