碩士<br>東海大學<br>管理碩士在職專班<br>96<br>本研究將心理契約的概念應用至通路成員之間來探討,試圖研究出廠商與經銷商之間心理契約實現的影響因素與效果。依據本研究結果,顯示出經銷商之社會資本對其心理契約的實現產生顯著性的影響;因此,對於經銷商來說,若能與供應商建立起良好的關係,雙方的聯繫能夠更為緊密,並建立起雙方之間的信任關係。而經銷商之心理契約實現確實能夠顯著地降低通路衝突;因此,對於供應商與經銷商來說,情緒衝突與利益衝突長期下來對於供應商與經銷商只會是一種合作上的損害,更會影響雙方績效,本研究指出若供應商能夠滿足經銷商心理的期望,那麼便能夠有效地降低這種不良效益的通路衝突。
