Rumah sakit merupakan bagian integral dari keseluruhan sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang melayani pasien dengan berbagai jenis pelayanan. Keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, agar dapat terus mengembangkan dirinya dan untuk kelangsungan hidup organisasi, manajemen rumah sakit perlu melakukan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review. Sumber data penelitian ini didapatkan melalui penelusuran literatur di internet melalui database Portal Garuda dan Google Schoolar yang dipublikasikan.
