The rapid production of digital information makes the task of locating relevant information increasingly difficult. Keyword search alleviates this difficulty by retrieving documents containing keywords of interest. The aim of this study is to map the municipalities’ public health supervision regarding apartments which is rent to persons who have a residence permit (previous asylum seekers). Based on some central assumptions of the Enlightenment – particularly the ability of mankind to change and choose its future – this thesis investigates how thoughts on planning have changed since the Second World War. A Weberian ideal type of modern planning is outlined, based on the concepts of rationalism, voluntarism, utopianism and the collective good. Il presente lavoro di tesi è stato svolto presso il Centro Ricerche Giulio Natta appartenente allo stabilimento chimico di Basell Poliolefine Italia S.r.l., gruppo LyondellBasell, situato all’interno del Polo Chimico di Ferrara.
