In this thesis research in Authentic Leadership and its relationship to life events and self-knowledge is continued. Through a quantitative analysis of data from over 150 leaders, a relationship was found between leaders with many life events and the strength of their authentic leadership. Additionally, there was evidence supporting the positive impact of recalling life events prior to reporting on authentic leadership.
