Abstract:
Annotation Purpose. Identify promising areas of increasing the efficiency and environmental friendliness of crop production in agricultural enterprises. Methods. Monographic, economic-mathematical, analytical, systems engineering. Results. Current trends in the development of agricultural technologies and their technical support are considered, a methodological approach to the formation of an effective technical and technological base of agricultural enterprises is proposed. It is established that the main factors that affect the efficiency and environmental friendliness of crop production are technologies and technical means for their implementation. In economically developed countries, technological innovation provides 70–90% of gross domestic product growth. A methodological approach to the formation of an effective technical and technological base of agricultural enterprises on the basis of innovative technologies and technical means with technical and operational parameters, consistent with the volume of mechanized work and rational agrotechnical terms for their implementation, is proposed. Conclusions. The main paradigm of the latest technologies for crop production is greening, which is based on the harmonization of the relationship between technology and soils, which will reduce the physical degradation of soils and preserve their fertility. Greening of agriculture in the context of global climate change should be based on targeted tillage, the introduction of the main dose of nutrients in the area of seed sowing, and preservation of crop residues of the predecessor (green manure) in rows to protect soil from overheating and moisture loss. To ensure efficient production of crop products in the agricultural enterprise should be formed technical and technological base based on science-intensive technologies and the latest technical means with technical and operational parameters consistent with the scope of work and rational agro-technical terms of their implementation. Keywords: technologies, technical and technological base, volumes of mechanized robots, technical means, technical and operational parameters.

Abstract:
AbstractOrganisations are increasingly investing in complex technological innovations such as enterprise information systems with the aim of improving the operations of the business, and in this way gaining competitive advantage. However, the implementation of technological innovations tends to have an excessive focus on either technology innovation effectiveness (also known as system effectiveness), or the resulting operational effectiveness; focusing on either one of them is detrimental to the long-term enterprise benefits through failure to achieve the real value of technological innovations. The lack of research on the dimensions and performance objectives that organisations must be focusing on is the main reason for this misalignment. This research uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative, three-stage methodological approach. Initial findings suggest that factors such as quality of information from technology innovation effectiveness, and quality and speed from operational effectiveness are important and significantly well correlated factors that promote the alignment between technology innovation effectiveness and operational effectiveness.

Abstract:
Purpose. Solar energy represents a sensible use alternative of thermal, chemical and nuclear current sources. Solar radiation can satisfy the growing needs of humanity with its energetic resources. Nowadays the actual problem is the development and production, of high-effective and economical photo converters (PC). Thus we need new technologies and materials. Semiconductor PC allows producing solar energy converting in electric with the help of homo-or heterojunctions. About 91 % of falling luminous flux energy is converted into electrical current through the charge carriers release out of semiconductor’s volume. The base of their quality raise is getting high-effective silicon nanostructures, their using will raise considerably PC efficiency. Due to their high efficiency, temperature stability, and low sensitivity to radiation exposure, heterostructure-based photoconverters are the most promising for the use. Methodology. In the article the technology of PC production on the base of silicon structures with heterojunctions ITO/n-Si/n+-Si is proposed. Getting of these layers with the pulverization method on the surface of silicon plates is based on the results of the heating temperature optimal values determination, deposition speed and ITO layer thickness, outflow speed of the gas stream from the spray nozzle, concentration of InCl3 to SnCl4 in spirit and other factors. Results. The represented conception of technology development ITO/n- Si/n+- Si junctions helped to define reasons that determine the character of ITO layer conductivity, depending on SnO2 content in it and their influence on the quality of photoelectrical converters on their base. Originality. The technological peculiarities of getting these layers with pulverization method, operational reliability and efficiency are revealed. Practical value. These tasks solution will lead to the modern technological processes modelling, to the raising of PC quality and, in the case of its consumer properties maintaining, to the use of modern supplies of silicon production and semiconductive materials. Abstract:
This study assessed the operational efficiency of the optoelectronics industry in the Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) between 2007 and 2011 by using multiple criteria decision making methods (data envelopment analysis, Malmquist productivity index and Bootstrap). The data analysis showed that during the study period, meaning that the operational efficiency gap among manufacturers in STSP is widening. Among these manufacturers, eight manufacturers exhibited constant returns to scale, which was more than a half of the overall decision making unit (DMU), indicating that the operational scale of these manufacturers was nearing the optimal scale. Based on Malmquist productivity index (MPI) analysis, the factors that affect the operational efficiencies of optoelectronics manufacturers’ were as follow: operational cost, the number of employees, and the amount of fixed assets. The development should be focused on increasing technological efficiency and technological change in the future. Finally, based on Bootstrap, the results showed that the focus should be on the production technology while improving productive efficiency to ensure sustainable development of the entire domestic optoelectronics industry in the future.

Abstract:
Analysis and generalization of previous studies showed that there is no comprehensive solution to the problem of increasing the operational reliability of building frames, reconstruction and modernization of buildings and structures, taking into account a sustainable approach. After the completion of construction, the frame of the building is constantly and steadily changing and wearing out, as a result, requiring an increase in operational reliability, and these processes are associated with the correct decision-making on changing the bearing capacity of structures and on the technology and organization of the corresponding work. To solve this problem, it is necessary to create a general methodology for a system for modeling constructive and technological solutions. The system's methodology is intended to reduce costs while increasing the reliability of frame structures, taking into account social culture, optimal impact on society, efficient use of resources and environmental principles. Particularly acute is the problem of introducing innovative and effective organizational and constructive-technological solutions to ensure the required performance and functionality with a minimum negative impact on the environment, while taking into account the improvement of economic, social, cultural aspects at the local, regional and global levels. In addition, the necessary criteria are an increase of the bearing capacity, a decrease in deformability and the recovery of the operational suitability of building structures. The article investigates a comprehensive solution to the problem of increasing the operational reliability of building frames during the reconstruction and modernization of buildings and structures. Identified internal and external factors of changes, as well as the main criteria for increasing the operational reliability of building frames. Consideration of these factors as a range of functions makes it possible to predict the long-term needs and behavior of the building frame throughout the entire life cycle, taking into account the degradation of building components and the need to restore or strengthen the elements of the building frames. After collecting and analyzing information on the identified factors, a system of technological solutions is proposed that takes into account a sustainable approach to reconstruction and categories such as organizational and technological solutions, structures, materials, economics, management, ecology, social culture, in particular the impact on society and the environment.

Abstract:
Productivity is one of the important performance indicators of transport and transport-technological vehicles. The authors confirmed the necessity to unify this indicator calculations for an extensive range of agricultural goods and extensive works on their movement. (Research purpose) To develop universal interconnected stages of detecting the operational productivity of transport and transport-technological vehicles when performing mechanized work in crop production. (Materials and methods) The values of operational performance were determined based on the analysis of norm-forming factors and statistical processing. A systematic approach was used to identifying individual elements of the cargo transportation cycle. The authors studied each of the methodological approaches and the mathematical tools used to calculate the performance indicators of various technical devices. (Results and discussion) After a step-by-step modeling of transport and transport-technological processes, a unified formula of the target function (optimality criterion) was obtained. Having implemented a more convenient calculation algorithm and having transformed the mathematical apparatus, the authors obtained the vehicle production rates for the transportation of mineral fertilizers to the place of their application. (Conclusions) The authors implemented a detailed mathematical description of the transport and transport-technological process stages. They identified the functional relationships between operational parameters and production and agrolandscape conditions. A universal algorithm was developed making it possible to determine the values of the operational performance for transport and transport-technological vehicles. The authors determined the values of the coefficient enabling the unification and comparison of the algorithm for identifying the production rates for transport and transport-technological work. It was found out that with an increase in the length of transportation from 3 to 54 kilometers, this coefficient increases 3.8 times. This variation was explained by an increase in the purely transport phase of the process.

Abstract:
In the context of increasing the electronic components integration level, growing functionality and packaging density, as well as reducing the electronics weight and size, an integrated approach to engineering calculations of parts and assemblies of modern functionally and technically complex microelectronic products is required. Of particular importance are engineering calculations and structural modeling using computer-aided engineering systems, and also assessment of structural, technological and operational factors’ impact on the products reliability and performance. This work presents an approach to engineering calculations and microelectronic products modeling based on the finite-element method providing a comprehensive account of various factors (material properties, external loading, temperature fields, and other parameters) impact on the stress-strain state, mechanical strength, thermal condition, and other characteristics of products. On the example of parts and assemblies of products of microelectronic technology, the approximation of structures was shown and computer finite-element models were developed to study various structural and technological options of products and the effects on them. Engineering calculations and modeling of parts and assemblies were performed, taking into account the impact of material properties, design parameters and external influences on the products’ characteristics. Scientific and technical recommendations for structure optimization and design and technology solutions ensuring the products resistance to diverse effects were developed. It has been shown that an integrated approach to engineering calculations and microelectronic products modeling based on the finite-element method provides for the determination of optimal solutions taking into account structural, technological, and operational factors and allows the development of products with high tactical, technical and operational characteristics.

Abstract:
Mountain pine beetle infestations are spatially correlated; current (green) attack is often located near previous (red) attack. This spatial correlation between the green and red attack stages enables operational survey methods, as detection of red attack trees—typically from an airborne survey such as a helicopter GPS survey or aerial photography—guides the location of subsequent ground surveys for green attack trees. Forest managers, in an attempt to understand beetle movement and infestation patterns, hope to utilize remotely sensed data to detect and map green attack trees, with the expectation that the spatial extent, accuracy, and timeliness afforded by remotely sensed data will greatly improve the efficacy of beetle treatment and control. In this communication, we present the biological, logistical, and technological factors that limit the operational utility of remotely sensed data for green attack detection and mapping. To provide context for these limitations, we identify the operational information needs associated with green attack and discuss how these requirements dictate the characteristics of any potential remotely sensed data source (e.g., spatial, spectral, and temporal characteristics). Based upon our assessment, we conclude that the remote detection of green attack is not operationally viable, and is unlikely to become so unless the limiting factors we have identified are altered substantially or removed. Key words: green attack, remote sensing, operational, insect survey, high spatial resolution, high spectral resolution

Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore how drivers differentially speed up the change process adoption in the perspective of a technological change. More specifically, the paper aims to answer the following question: “Which factors impact the technological change adoption speed of an information system?” Based on an empirical study, our results identify three factors that have a direct influence on the speed of technological change adoption. Design/methodology/approach – Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model as a point of departure, the paper analyzes the impact of eight variables grouped in four categories: the perceived attributes of change (performance expectancy and effort expectancy), social influence (peer influence and supervisor influence), facilitating conditions (initial training and helpdesk) and individual characteristics (receptivity to change and self-efficacy). To evaluate which factors accelerate or inhibit change adoption, the paper uses a statistical model of survival analysis. Findings – Based on a 15-month longitudinal study of a workflow system implementation in a telecommunications firm, the results highlight that performance expectancy, supervisor influence and self-efficacy have a direct influence on the speed of technological change adoption. Research limitations/implications – As a case study, the research findings may only be valid in the particular organization in which it is developed. Indeed, the organizational culture, the company's internal rules, and the history of the organization are factors which significantly influence the speed of change. Practical implications – The results may help project leaders to be aware of the elements that must be dealt with effectively if a change process is to succeed within the allotted time. Originality/value – The statistical model of survival analysis allows analyzing change adoption from a dynamic perspective. This statistical approach is quite new and complementary with most of the studies which are qualitative in the field.

Abstract:
Ogorodnikov V., Arkhipova T. Technological inheritance in metal forming. Material working by pressure. 2020. № 1 (50). Р. 28-32. Technological heredity in metal forming processes is accompanied by hardening, the appearance of residual stresses, a deformation gradient, residual plasticity and a number of other factors that determine the operational properties of the product. The influence of most factors of technological heredity on the mechanical properties of the material of products has been studied, however, the plasticity of a pre-deformed workpiece remains insufficiently studied. For a quantitative assessment, a calculation method is proposed, with the help of which it seems possible to determine the plasticity resource of pre-deformed blanks. The developed calculation apparatus is based on a fracture model based on a tensor description of damage accumulation. It allows for the known mechanical characteristics to predict the plasticity characteristics of pre-deformed blanks at any type of stress state. The proposed method assumes the use of plasticity diagrams, which describe the change in ultimate deformation depending on the stress state indicators. Plasticity diagrams are constructed for materials tested under conditions of linear or plane stress states (tension, compression, torsion). The practical significance of the results is evidenced by the assessment of the plasticity of steeply curved elbows obtained by the method of cold plastic deformation according to a combined scheme, including deforming pulling of a pre-willed workpiece. In this case, the workpiece in the form of a pipe was subjected to plastic bending. The proposed method makes it possible to assess the residual plasticity of the finished bend. A satisfactory convergence of the calculated and experimental data has been revealed.

Abstract:
The reason to explain the cloud computing assimilation, as well as the understanding of the operational performance, still remains unclear. To investigate this issue, this study has examined the assimilation of cloud computing by examining the organization’s implementation of cloud computing and performance in the Malaysian public sector. Grounded by the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DOI), Technology-Organization-Environment Framework (TOE) and IS Success Model. This study proposes a framework by decomposing Technological characteristic, Organizational characteristics, Environmental characteristics and Human characteristics as factors. A total of 169 agencies from the Malaysian public sector have participated in this study. Data for all the study variables have been collected through self-administered survey questionnaires and analysed using SEM-PLS. The study has shown that the effect of the operational effectiveness of cloud implementation is at a lower level. The study also reveals that factors of relative advantage, compatibility, perceived risks, top management support, and organizational readiness are found to have a significant effect on cloud computing implementation. However, both external support and government regulations are not significant to the cloud computing implementation in the Malaysian public sector. The results indicate that the model provides a good understanding of the factors that influence the implementation of cloud computing as well as operational performance.

Abstract:
Abstract The research aims to characterise the optimisation of a technological process depending on the main time parameters for production. The optimisation does not require to correct technical parameters of a system, but rather the organisational and managerial factors of the technological process. The workload is taken as an evaluation criterion, which factors in the probability distribution of time characteristics of computer process operations. Time characteristics that represent the performance of an operation influence the workloads of an operator and equipment, determining the productivity of the technological process. Analytical models were developed for the operational control of a production line efficiency considering the probability–statistical parameters pertaining to the performance of operations and technological equipment peculiarities. The article presents research results, which characterise the dependence of a production line efficiency on the type of equipment, and the duration of preparatory and final operations considering their probability. Under an optimal workload of the operator, the duration of the complete program changes linearly, regardless of the time required for the performance of operations by a computer without the involvement of the operator, and depending on the type of equipment. A managerial decision can be optimal under the condition that the factor of technological process efficiency (K_TP) tends to max. The developed method of analytical determination can be used to calculate the workload of both an operator and technological equipment. The calculations of the duration of a production line operation resulted in the methodology for the consideration of probability characteristics pertaining to the time distribution of the period required to perform operations, which influences the unequal efficiency of the production line. The probabilistic character of time distribution related to intervals of performed operations serves as a parameter in the management of technological process optimisation, which can be achieved using simulators of technological processes optimised in terms of their efficiency.

Abstract:
Air transport provides important transportation services for economic development; meanwhile, its operation requires massive resource inputs into the air transport sector (ATS). In order to ensure sustainable development of air transport industry, improve the utilization efficiency of resources, and coordinate the development of the ATS and the macroeconomy, the operational efficiency of the industry should be evaluated accurately. However, few studies have analyzed the operational performance of ATSs across different regions. This study therefore constructs an index system and applied a three-stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach, which considers various regional environmental factors and statistical noise, to evaluate regional ATS operational performance. China’s 30 provincial ATS operational efficiencies in year 2017 are empirically evaluated using the proposed model. The empirical results show that different levels of environmental factors, such as regional GDP, openness, technical markets, technological development, and consumption, pose various influences on provincial ATS operational efficiency in China. Operational performance evaluation results eliminating these environmental effects in the third stage show considerable differences with that stage 1 results. In addition, corresponding development strategy implications in different provinces and regions are put forward according to the evaluation results.

Abstract:
The Smart Grid (SG) is considered as an imminent future power network because of its fault identification and self-healing capabilities. Energy sustainability, renewable energy integration and an efficient control system are the key factors to be considered in developing SG system. Among various SG concepts, the term virtual power plant (VPP) integrates renewable energy to the grid and provides higher operational flexibility, but it requires extra capital costs for control system and software. The operational activities of a smart grid largely depend on the active customer demands. This paper defines and discusses various SG system concepts such as virtual power plant, and active demand in consumer networks, and also presents drivers and roadmaps for development of smart grids worldwide. Furthermore, this work provides an insight into present research and development on smart grids around the world, and sheds light on developing and establishing SG for the Sultanate of Oman.

Abstract:
In this paper, a new hybrid AHP and Dempster—Shafer theory of evidence is presented for solving the problem of choosing the best project among a list of available alternatives while uncertain risk factors are taken into account. The aim is to minimize overall risks. For this purpose, a three-phase framework is proposed. In the first phase, quantitative research was conducted to identify the risk factors that can influence a project. Then, a hybrid PCA-agglomerative unsupervised machine learning algorithm is proposed to classify the projects in terms of Properties, Operational and Technological, Financial, and Strategic risk factors. In the third step, a hybrid AHP and Dempster—Shafer theory of evidence is presented to select the best alternative with the lowest level of overall risks. As a result, four groups of risk factors, including Properties, Operational and Technological, Financial, and Strategic risk factors, are considered. Afterward, using an L2^4 Taguchi method, several experiments with various dimensions have been designed which are then solved by the proposed algorithm. The outcomes are then analyzed using the Validating Index, Reduced Risk Indicator, and Solving Time. The findings indicated that, compared to classic AHP, the results of the proposed hybrid method were different in most cases due to uncertainty of risk factors. It was observed that the method could be safely used for selecting project problems in real industries.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many countries to implement a variety of restrictive measures to prevent it from spreading more widely, including the introduction of medical teleconsultations and the use of various tools in the field of inpatient telemedicine care. Digital technologies provide a wide range of treatment options for patients, and at the same time pose a number of organizational challenges for medical entities. Therefore, the question arises of whether organizations are ready to use modern telemedicine tools during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of this article is to examine two factors that impact the level of organizational e-readiness for digital transformation in Polish primary healthcare providers (PHC). The first factor comprises operational capabilities, which are the sum of valuable, scarce, unique, and irreplaceable resources and the ability to use them. The second factor comprises technological capabilities, which determine the adoption and usage of innovative technologies. Contrary to the commonly analyzed impacts of technology on operational capabilities, we state the reverse hypothesis. The verification confirms the significant influence of operational capabilities on technological capabilities. The research is conducted using a questionnaire covering organizational e-readiness for digital transformation prepared by the authors. Out of the 32 items examined, four are related to the operational capabilities and four to the technological capabilities. The result of our evaluation shows that: (i) a basic set of four variables can effectively measure the dimensions of OC, namely the degree of agility, level of process integration, quality of resources, and quality of cooperation; (ii) a basic set of three variables can effectively measure the dimensions of TC, namely adoption and usage of technologies, customer interaction, and process automation; (iii) the empirical results show that OC is on a higher level than TC in Polish PHCs; (iv) the assessment of the relationship between OC and TC reveals a significant influence of operational capabilities on technological capabilities with a structural coefficient of 0.697. We recommend increasing the level of technological capability in PHC providers in order to improve the contact between patients and general practitioners (GPs) via telemedicine in lockdown conditions.

Abstract:
Purpose. The authors aimed to form an algorithm for choosing a rational facade system for a specific construction site, taking into account climatic, organizational-technological and operational properties, applicable to use by any participant in the construction process. Methodology. The criteria for choosing a rational facade system were determined. The state of choosing and applicability of modern facade systems for new construction and overhaul in Ukraine was analyzed. Based on certain factors influencing the choice of the most rational facade system of a multi-storey residential or public building the authors formed a convenient and objective algorithm for choosing a facade system, taking into account the main features of the construction object, as well as operating parameters. The algorithm was adapted to practical application. Findings. The influence of the parameters of choosing facade system on the process of arrangement, operation and repair of the modern facade system is established. The obtained algorithm for choosing a rational facade system by an estimation of values of influence factors in activity of the leading design organizations of Dnipro was successfully tested. By passing the appropriate algorithms at the joint meetings of the designer, customer and contractor, the most rational facade systems were found for specific construction projects with significant objectivity of choice. The adaptability of the algorithm by discarding minor factors leads to increased visibility of the process of choosing a facade system. Originality. The regularity of the influence of a number of organizational-technological and operational factors on the process of choosing a rational facade system is established. The efficiency of determining the appropriate system for specific construction conditions has been increased, taking into account the peculiarities of operation and purpose of the building. Practical value. The participant of construction by passing a simple algorithm has the opportunity to clearly assess the influence of organizational, technological and operational factors on the choice of a rational facade system. By evaluating the parameters of the corresponding factors, the most rational facade system for a particular object was determined. As a result, the cost of operation of the facade system is significantly reduced while optimizing the duration of repair periods and improving the working conditions of the components of the facade system.

Abstract:
Abstract. Intensified production, an increased fleet of vehicles with internal combustion engines, as well as increased operational mass of transport and technological vehicles continuously aggravate the environmental situation in the world every year. (Research purpose) To identify the main impacts made by the transport and technological vehicles on the environment and the problems associated with their disposal, as well as with the disposal of automobile and tractor tires. (Materials and methods) The authors have generalized the materials published in periodicals, as well as the results of bench, field and operational tests of the transport and technological vehicles. (Results and discussion) The authors have identified the problem of the destructive impact of the wheeled movers on the supporting road surface, the soil and the soil cover. Measurements have been taken under the contact area of several mover types and the values of the stress-strained state of the soil affected by these movers have been determined in the form of the distribution of normal stress diagrams. The authors have also studied the influence of the design features of transport and technological vehicles performing curvilinear motion on the track size and soil destruction and identified characteristic patterns of the track. Conclusion has been made that in winter the level of environmental pollution depends on the road surface condition and the use of chemical reagents for deicing. The authors have considered a possibility of using electrical-and-hydraulic technology for the disposal of transport and technological vehicles and stressed the need to form regulatory documents for the designing, operation and disposal of transport and technological vehicles, taking into account foreign experience in organizing the environmental management system, as well as environmental auditing and labeling, the procedure for assessing the environmental performance of production systems and products at all life cycle stages. (Conclusions) The paper presents the main impact factors of the transport and technological vehicles on the environment during their life cycle up to full disposal. The authors have proved the need for a safe and energy-saving electro-hydraulic technology for the disposal of electronic components and batteries of transport and technological vehicles based on selective destruction of plastic casings and the separation of pure noble, rare-earth and other metals and their alloys.

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the works devoted to the selection of informative AE parameters for the diagnosis of tribosystems, in a theoretical way the information frequency ranges in the AE signal frame, where the maximum amplitudes values are observed, have been established. It has been theoretically and experimentally established that the information frequencies depend on the following groups of factors: the constructive; technological and operational ones. The degree of influence of the factors on the change in the frequency range is established. The operational factors (slip speed and load) change the frequency range from 106 to 584 kHz, the technological factors (roughness of the friction surfaces) change the frequency range from 118 to 618 kHz, the constructive factors (the size of the friction area of the stationary triboelement) change the frequency range from 140 to 530 kHz. It has been concluded that for the effective diagnosis of tribosystems, it is necessary to previously determine the information frequency range taking into account the factors listed above. The obtained results were confirmed experimentally with the calculation of the Fisher and Cochrane criteria, which allows one to state about the presence of a correlation between the theoretical values of the information frequencies generated by the tribosystem and the experimental values of the frequencies, where the maximum amplitudes were recorded, the correlation coefficient r = 0,88. The present analysis can be the basis for the development of a diagnostic method for tribosystems during their operation, which will increase the robustness and information content of the AE method.

Abstract:
Banking activities are constantly exposed to operational risk. Analyzing and summarizing international and national approaches to determining the economic essence of operational risk, the evolution of changes in views on operational risk and its impact on banking activity through the prism of studying world experience was considered. As a result of the investigation, the economic essence of operational risk has been deepened, its inherent difficult to predict and destructive nature of the impact on banking activities. Four sources of operational risk are identified. The factors and features of operational risk in the context of each source are determined. Sources of operational risk are personnel (people), processes, systems and external events. Characteristic features of operational risk are the complexity of its assessment, measurement and forecasting. The manifestation with a delay in time, but with critical losses for a bank, is most inherent in the operational risk arising from the source people. The interrelation of operational risk with other risks is a feature that is inherent in all four sources of operational risk of a bank. Prospects for further research may be taking into account the events of the operational risk implementation, significant in the history of world banking practice, to determine effective mechanisms and tools for managing such risk. This is the basis for building an effective operational risk management system and protecting banking activities from losses. Technological development and global transformation processes lead to the fact that operational risk management will become a key component of the risk management for every bank.

Abstract:
The present article analyzes the technological advancement and innovations related to drilling operations. It covers the review of currently proven and emerging technologies that could mitigate the drilling operational deficiencies and instabilities that could hinder operational performance activities and the economic part of drilling development with great effort to minimize their environmental footprint. Drilling system design and operations are among the major aspects and cost-effective endeavors of the oil and gas industries, which are therefore technology dependent. They are also considered to be among the most expensive operations in the world, as they require huge expenses daily. Drilling success, depending on prevalent conditions, is a function of several general factors. These include the selection of the best technologies and tools, procedural optimization, concrete problem-solving, accurate prediction, and rapid decision-making. Consequently, any sorts of tools or advanced technologies that can improve the time-efficient operational and economic performance of drilling activities are essential and demanded. The paper provides a review of available technologies and developmental innovations based on both company-based and academic research-enabled drilling solutions over the past 5 years in the field of drilling systems and technological design. The paper further highlighted potential technologies that could be tapped in from other industries and could possibly be adopted by pushing the conventional boundaries of drilling operations.

Abstract:
It is well known that one of the factors adversely affecting the operational efficiency of infield technological oil pipelines is persistent oil emulsions formed due to the oils watercut. These hardly demulsifible emulsions with abnormal rheological features show non-Newtonian properties. Depending on the temperature and watercut degree, the viscosity of these emulsions varies widely. The specification of viscosity and other physical-chemical properties in oil-field experience is carried out via laboratory testing of oil samples according to the standards. Based on the roto-viscosimetric studies of oil samples with various temperatures, an empiric formula for the specification of oil emulsions viscosity depending on watercut degree is offered. It was defined that the offered formula enables with permissible error to specify the viscosity of abnormal emulsions considering the changing watercut and temperature aspects.

Abstract:
In the era of new technologies and global networking, electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) is becoming an increasingly common practice in organizations and a topic of interest to the research community. Through a systematic literature review, this study synthesizes and analyzes research on the adoption and consequences of e-HRM over the last two decades, with the aim of supporting future research in e-HRM. A review of selected references shows that the gains from e-HRM are significant: They can be operational, relational and transformational. Over the years, the debate has shifted from operational to strategic gains. The realization of these benefits is closely linked to the successful implementation of e-HRM. The factors impacting its adoption are multi-dimensional: human, technological, organizational and environmental. Our research examines these determinants in greater detail and highlights the need for more empirical studies to theorize the relationship between adoption factors and the actual gains of e-HRM.

Abstract:
This research was conducted with the aim to improve the treatment effect of landfill leachate with continuous flow SBR technology, especially for nitrogen removal. The influences of the operational factors that can strongly affect the effectiveness of treatment process such as hydraulic retention time (HRT) and periodic processing cycle were specifically studied. The results indicated that the continuous flow SBR technological system with the operational conditions of 4 days retention and 5 hours processing cycle (180 min aeration, 40 min mixing, 60 min sedimentation and 20 min decantation) the treatment effects of N-NH4+, TN and COD reached approximate 99 %, 75 % and 76 %, correspondingly. Under similar operational conditions, comparative treatment experimental results indicated that the treatment effects of landfill leachate contaminants of the continuous flow SBR technology higher than that of the ordinary SBR technology, especially for nitrogen composition (TN of treated landfill leachate reached VN standard 25:2009/MONRE, A Column).
