By using OLS and quantile regression ,this study aims on samples age 23-34 from 2000-2008 Manpower Surveys and found that wage differentials do exist. According to the OLS empirical results, general high school graduates significantly tend to have higher wage than vocational high school graduates. By Oaxaca decomposition, nearly half proportion of wage differentials come from unexplained gaps.
