Every text is intrinsically intertextual and incorporates elements from other texts for a specific purpose. Intertextuality considers the text as a field in which texts from various discourses intersect. The object of the research is the analysis of scientific articles in Spanish. The topic of the research fits into the trends of the development of modern linguistics in the context of a new scientific paradigm.
