We define Gromov-Witten classes and invariants of smooth proper tame Deligne-Mumford stacks of finite presentation over a Dedekind domain. We prove that they are deformation invariants and verify the fundamental axioms. For a smooth proper tame Deligne-Mumford stack over a Dedekind domain, we prove that the invariants of fibers in different characteristics are the same. We show that genus zero Gromov-Witten invariants define a potential which satisfies the WDVV equation and we deduce from this a reconstruction theorem for genus zero Gromov-Witten invariants in arbitrary characteristic.

The goal of this thesis is to create a virtual machine that emulates a running programs written in Java programing language, which would be suitable for malware analysis and detection. The emulator is able to detect arguments of exploitable methods from Java standard classes, the order of calling these exploitable methods and also execution the test application. Overall functionality was tested on appropriate examples in which held its own measurements. At the end of the paper we describe testing of the emulator, which also contains tables and graphs for better results visualization.

Rape had an indelible effect on the American Revolutionary era. Using trial testimonies and depositions, newspapers, and literary sources, this thesis argues that there was a level of continuity between peacetime and wartime rape characterized by the assaulters’ modus operandi and rape’s ideological exploitation.
